I recently went because a stone fell out of my ring and the warranty was not up yet. It is to my knowledge that policy states it is essentially up to the associates discretion and if they can find that it is not damaged from my own doing it can be replaced/fixed etc, within the 1 year warranty. However as simple as that sounds, that was not the case. The disgustingly rude associate I unfortunately dealt with felt that it was necessary for him to include passive aggressive remarks, nasty looks, as well as belittle me as if I’m not an adult. Don’t get me wrong the ring was replaced, however I would have rather just kept the original with the stone missing than have that experience again. Very odd and very sad to see someone that age behave that way, will not be returning. * I will also add that if there was some sort of discrepancy or he felt that they could not replace my ring for whatever reason I would have been fine with that because that’s just how it works out sometimes. The overall issue is that unfortunately this associate needs a reality check.
Had the WORST experience with a totally disrespectful employee. African American woman with sunglasses on in the store? She made us feel worthless. Rude and unprofessional.
My boyfriend surprised me with a beautiful promise ring which unfortunately didn’t fit. We decided to return together to get another size that does fit. Pandora is one of my favorite stores and we were so excited to go get a fitting and find a ring that fit me properly. When we arrived, the women that “helped” us was extremely unprofessional and hostile. When I informed her that I thought I was a size 4 and if we could get a fitting to make sure, she immediately said that they did not have any sizes under 4 1/2 in the style we were looking at and proceeded to rush us out. I informed her I would be interested in looking at any other rings and she pulled out a set of things in a annoyed manner and said “ok you can look through these and see if there is one that fits you”. I almost wanted to cry and tell my boyfriend I just wanted to come another time. Not only was she not showing any interest in selling us any rings, she wasn't even trying to be helpful in finding out what size fits me properly. I picked up a ring and tried it on and she abruptly put the set away and started the exchange. She didn’t even let me try on any other rings or look at anything else. The entire interaction was 5 minutes at the most. That was the worst service I have ever received in my life. I was suppose to feel special at that moment and she made me feel like an annoyance she is just trying to get rid of. Someone like that should not be at a store like this. It totally ruined our experience. I and my friends and family will not be returning to this location, ever.
TERRIBLE SERVICE! The older white woman has attitude issues and is very condescending. We asked simple questions and she was very rude in her answers.
Day before Christmas Eve & of course there was a line to even get into the store! I knew exactly what I wanted so the overall process didn’t take long. Evan was AMAZING. Was extremely helpful and had great conversation after waiting in line for over 20 minutes just to get in. Smooth process + great customer service sure does bring a smile to my face. Thanks Evan! I’ll definitely be back thanks to him.
We visited the store because my older daughter wanted to look at the Pandora bracelets, which she loves. This was after we had a very pleasant experience at Build A Bear, for my daughter's birthday. The associates in the Pandora store should go over to Build a Bear store and get some of their customer service skills. The Pandora associates never greeted us, were unfriendly and appeared to be judging us. I will not be visiting this store again.
Went to the store and felt really weird they are not welcoming at all I will just start ordering online not going back felt very uncomfortable

The employees where very attentive and asked if I needed anything. I kindly declined, as me and my boyfriend where looking for rings and wanted to browse around alone for the perfect one. As we were looking at the display case and actively trying on merchandise a male employee guided us to the side to have another couple look at the same display as we were before we could even finish. And even made us sit there and wait until they were finished browsing. I thought this was very rude and they could have waited their turn like adults. I understand the retail business and that sales are very important. But, maybe refresh your employees on proper etiquette. I will not be returning at that location again.
This morning, my friend and I decided to go get each other gifts from Pandora for Christmas. Due to it being after Black Friday, we completely understood that it could be busy or just out of control. My friend had gotten what she had wanted but felt rushed at the end to pay and type all her information seeing as it was her first time shopping there. I have had multiple experiences with Pandora. It was not my first time but the associate I had made me feel rushed and at the end said,” so you were only window shopping.” Which I got offended by because she had assumed I was buying a certain pair of earrings when I had asked if they were in stock. She made me feel like I had to buy the earrings and when I didn’t, she got rude with me. My mother and I have had good experiences before but over the years it has gotten worse. This will be my last time shopping at this Pandora. If you want a good experience then I recommend the Greenbrier location.
