Although this was first experience ever buying jewelry apart from watches, I wanted to congratulate this location for receiving Julianne D as a transfer. From the start, she was excellent! She tour guided me to just what I had in mind! Coming from the service industry, I hadn't met anyone who was able to have such a professional demeanor yet demonstrate such great personal interest and conversational flow as Julianne. She was both sweet, nice, and funny at the same time! I came in fresh from the gym and expected to be looked at funny, but she was uber adept to help me out from the beginning. I have walked into a Porsche dealership with my card basically flying out of my pocket, but felt shunned by their restraint, likely due to my young age. Walked straight into Audi that same day and made a purchase, while still feeling displeased by the way the other store made me feel. 5 stars for Julienne for treating me like a guest! She has great potential, and I will come back solely for her kindness and courteousness.
This is pandora has been awful. My family and I went to Pandora for the 50% off sale. And as we checked, we noticed something was wrong with the receipt so we went back to ask questions about it. Then a male sale associate name Alex told the other associate that was helping us with the clarification of our receipt not to help us because we already payed. Then he told the associate to hurry up with us that we’re taking too long. Even the associate that helped us was surprised and apologized for his actions. I would not recommend coming to the pandora in Hawthorn.
Sales Person called “Sofiya” was super rude. Literally has 0 manners no idea how she got the job there
My first ever google review and unfortunately it comes because of a horrible experience at this store location. The store manager Alessandra was incredibly rude! I was lied to by a floor manager and told I would be able to exchange a birth stone if my daughter we're to be born early. Sure enough my daughter came a week early, I went to exchange the stone for the correct stone, and Alessandra told me no. Long story short... I strongly suggest taking your business to another location.
It was my first time at this location and the size is great. I like how you sign in so it is nicely organized and its fair who ever walks through the door. I noticed the employees being so friendly and caring to each customer they were helping. I had a in store pick up which was a convenience for me but i wouldn't mind shopping here next time.
Service was very professional, Didn't make me feel uncomfortable by not purchasing anything
Ms.Henrietta was the best. All the blue made the love of my life so very happy.
Clerk was not very good she was guessing on merchandise and we asked if they offer military discount and she said no but my husband talked to management and she said yes so clerk said she didn't know. How can u say no if you're not sure. So they had to redo purchase to give credit bacck.
It salesperson was very nice and polite very knowledgeable and when I say ourselves person she is a salesperson we went in for one charm and came out with six she should be a car salesman she would make a killing LOL but all in all service was great
The managers at this Pandora lied to my husband saying we could exchange our baby's birth stone if our daughter came early -- even if it was past the 30 day window. Go figure, she came early Jan instead of Feb and they refused to exchange it. The managers Alessandra and Batya at that store have terrible customer service.
