If I could give this store a zero I would. I purchased from another PANDIORA but was told I could return here or Virginia since I was called a scammer and frauder by an employee at the Tanger Outlet Store. I decided I wanted to refund all of my recent jewelry and be done with PANDORA. Once Elizeth PTSL asked for my email. After seeing my purchase history she told me that she would be right back. She goes into the office for about 30 minutes. I’m asking the other employees to see what’s taking her so long. She said she would both times and never did. Once Elizeth finally comes back. She doesn’t give me a refund. Tells me I didn’t purchase my jewelry from there. Her manager would like to talk to me. I say why! My receipts are valid. She states the District Manager needs to be involved from there store. Ask if I spoke with Tanger Outlet District Manager. I replied no but I just want a full refund at this point. She insisted I come the next day. Took my number and said her manager’s would call me. I didn’t go beck and no one called me. My question was as to why I couldn’t get a refund! I told her some receipts will be expiring soon. She stated expired or not Annapolis location will honor the refund. I JUST WANT MY REFUND I AM DONE WITH PANDORA… And now will be moving forward with filing a Better Business Bureau complaint and so forth.
Awful experience. The clerk acted as if she didn't want to be there nor help. All breast cancer charms have been retired... do you not care about breast cancer survivors? It was a total waste of our time.
Nice place. They helped me quickly when I needed to exchange a ring for a different size. No hassle. Will definitely return for future gifts.
Went there to exchange my valentines present due to sizing. I showed a picture of the bracelet I wanted and it was all eye rolls. I didn’t want the most expensive bracelet. Then I was told they didn’t have the bracelet I wanted when I SAW it in the display. Management on duty wouldn’t help and we were ignored after being frustrated and just wanting to return so we could go else where. I will not go back to this location.
Customer service was soooo awesome when I went there, they were doing social distancing and they helped me pick out a amazing gift for a friend at a very good price
Our sales associate Claudia was awesome. She made me want to buy the whole store. Friendly and answered all my questions.
I visited the Pandora store in Annapolis mall on Sunday afternoon and was assisted by a young man named Ryan. Ryan was so patient and helpful and answered all of the questions I had about my Pandora bracelets. He also gave me a cleaning cloth, just because he noticed that one of my charms was a little tarnished. I wish there were more retail workers like Ryan!
I've come here several times to buy something for my girlfriend birthday, Valentine's day, Christmas, etc and the staff has always been very friendly and helpful in assisting me to pick out something nice for her.
Had a problem with a order that I had sent to the store,they had returned my order even though I had called and said that I would be picking it up on Saturday.
Very disappointing, though the service was excellent. I went specifically to purchase certain charms but they didn't have them.
