Pretty jewelry and charms, definitely on the pricey side. Had never been in before and decided to check them out. The ladies were very nice and not pushy at all.
I want to start this review by saying I have a background in customer service and it’s extremely rare for me to leave a negative review. I am a fan of stackable Pandora rings and my husband made multiple purchases at this store for me recently. Each time, he was unhappy with the customer service. But, since I liked the rings so much, it was fine. Today, however, was our last visit at the store. We went in to see about resizing/exchanging one of my rings purchased a couple months ago, not aware about the company policy that customer has 30 days to exchange the ring for a different size. My ring looks like new and has barely been worn, but I understand, it’s a policy. However, they way the associates handled the situation was disappointing. When we came in and went to the counter, I let the workers know which ring I need in a different size and was told that it’s fine, no questions asked and they took my ring. However, then they engaged in a conversation in front of me and my husband going back and forth if they will help me or not. Finally, they decided that they can’t help me, so I got my ring back, with no “sorry about that”. I was not opposed to purchasing the same ring in a smaller size, as I switch how I wear my rings often, but this interaction discouraged me from doing so. We left in an awkward silence and will not be coming back.
Awful customer service. Wore two rings for a week - one tuned my finger green and the other lost two stones. Tried to return it and was met with a very rude sales associate and manager. Don’t waste your money on this cheap product
If you Insist on Going in person to Buy Pandora Jewlery then I recommend this location. Personally we Get alot of Legit Pabdora stuff Online at a reduced price, But when they have a sale Or I don't want to risk something Non-Authentic this is my 1st choice. Staff is friendly, polite and helpful and when they have a Sale like today it makes it a better justification.
I called the day before asking if they had a charm for my wife's birthday gift. They told me 8 were in stock. The next day went in and they had 0 in stock. The ladies working looked in the system and it said 8 in stock. The women I spoke with the day before never verified the inventory. I would never purchase anything from this location ever again. Waste of time and was given nothing for my troubles after walking through the mall with my 3 month old son. DISAPPOINTED!!
What a great place with the best customer service! Had the funnest conversation with a Disney Pandora expert and she shared her own Pandora bracelet with me, all Disney. I've not decided on a piece yet but will be back!
Went to this location about two days ago after being a loyal customer for 3 years. A very expensive charm on my bracelet that I got around 2 months ago kept unbuckling randomly and falling off all the time. When there the customer service told me it was in excellent condition, so great it couldnt even be swapped out. Two days later the charm has fallen off once again and $70 down the drain when I asked for a quick repair or replacment. Will never me returning to this location again. Do not recommend!
Horrible experience at this location. if I could give them 1 star I would.. on December 27th,2017, My sister and I entered this store with hopes of me purchasing one the Disney charms, when we entered no one greeted us nor did they even acknowledged us. As we preceded to shop I tried to make small talk with the one of the six employees who happened to be doing nothing but talking each other, but even that they did not make any effort in helping. I'm not sure if the was I was attire that made it seem like I didn't have money but I left the store heart broken, discouraged and embarrassed.
Very friendly staff were able to help me choose a beautiful piece of jewelry and it didn't take a long time which is a plus being the holidays
Horrible customer service. Ordered 2 charms, only received one and the other one was ordered incorrectly. A month passed and I never got the other one. I called every week to check and was always told "it should be in by Thursday". I asked for a refund as my sisters birthday passed and I ended up getting her a charm from Jared instead and didn't need the charm anymore and they refused. I also waited a long time both times I went into the store for someone to help me. Was always told "someone will be right with you" only to wait 5 minutes for anybody to acknowledge me. Save yourself the hassle and go to Jared. They have the same collections and their staff are ten times friendlier.
