I’ve been to quite a few Pandora stores while traveling and this one has easily topped them all. The girls are always so helpful and fun and the store is clean and organized! The displays they have give inspiration for people like me who can’t come up with cute ideas like that. Seriously love this store and the girls in it!
My sister had a terrible experience with this store. She ordered a necklace for our Mom’s birthday and it was supposed to arrive by the following Thursday. When it arrived the workers told my sister it was missing a jewel and that the piece will come in from another store by the next day, which is completely fine, accidents happen. But they misquoted is on how long it would take and kept pushing the date farther away every time my sister would check in. Three days after it was supposed to be in was Christmas Eve and my sister went in and asked for the necklace but the people continued to make excuses that they haven’t gotten shipment and that they don’t have time. My sister asked for the manager and was then scolded by the manager for thinking it would come in this early since it’s Christmas Eve and that she should have known better than to order stuff around this time very rudely to the point my sister was crying. After I received a call from my crying sister I went in and talked with the manager. I politely pointed out that both my sister and I work in the mall and that we both had gotten our shipments at 11 and now it was almost three that they should have theirs. She told me they just haven’t gone through itand that they will call my sister when they do, which is what they’ve been telling her the last four days and they haven’t called once. I asked her a few more questions about when my sister will be getting the necklace that she didn’t want to answer cause they were ‘busy’, when two of the workers were chatting near by and there was one customer in the store. I then told her that if my sister didn’t get a call about her necklace I would comeback. They delivered the necklace to my sister at her store twenty minutes later. So I’m giving the workers there one star for their rudeness and the product five stars cause my mother loves it! But next time I’m ordering online.
I absolutely love Pandora! The staff is always so welcoming and helpful. I enjoy being in such an upbeat happy environment. The employees in the store make shopping fun and have been very helpful. Highly recommend shopping here. There is always a great selection for whatever you are looking for.
My daughters went into Pandora this morning for a Christmas gift. Olivia, the only sales person available, was less than helpful. When I called to speak to a manager, she told me she was third down from the manager. I told her I needed to speak with the store manager and she hung up on me. For someone who claims to be as high up in the stores hierarchy as she does, she should know better than to hang up on customers. She didn't take my name or number or anything.
Kaitlan and her team have always been able to find that perfect gift for me every time I walk in. There knowledgeable,well-trained,and extremely friendly. Any time I need that special gift for my soon to be Wife I know right where to go!
This is my all time favorite store in the mall. Kaitlan and her staff are always so helpful. The store always looks so nice and I can always find something to buy. We are so lucky to finally get a Pandora store in our mall. Can’t help but stop in the store every chance I get.
Stopped in for a gift for my a wife and found something for my sister too. Alexa was our sales person once I explained the Mickey Mouse bracelet would make my sister cry Alexa went the extra mile with me. Thanks Alexa for the incredible customer service. This is something you don’t see anymore and it’s obviously you we raised by good parents.
