Went in to Pandora and the young lady was very helpful with picking out what I wanted and help made good decisions on the bracelet I wanted and they were very nice and friendly

The Ladies in Pandora at Stony Point Parkway, Richmond, VA WERE EXCELLENT at Helping me pick out a Charm.   Aaliyah Was Phenomenal at having Wonderful Customer Service. She Greeted Me when I came in and helped me through the Whole Process of picking the Charm and at Checkout. Thank You Aaliyah and Pandora

This store always has a good selection. I can look up items on the website and have a good chance at finding it at this store.

First time visiting. Staff was very friendly and super knowledgeable. Their variety of sections now include diamonds

Shelby was fantastic absolutely fantastic. Very helpful and very knowledgeable. Everyone who works there are great people. And they even replaced my girlfriends bracelet for free cause of a defect. We didnt even ask them to fix they offered to clean and when my gf took it off they realized it was damaged and the manger said they would fix it. It wasnt even their fault. Great staff

I went to exchange a chain that was the wrong size and fit. I work as a traveler healthcare worker and with the demanding schedule I had it was difficult to go to a physical location, as it was over 100miles away. Buying online is so different from seeing a product up close. I was rudely talked down to by the sales associates and by the manager. I was scolded like a five year old for a return policy described in a similar fashion as the other reviewer. I asked for the customer service number and just like that…I was given the exchange. The manger premented to make small talk to connect, but it was sooo fake and obviously was trying to make up for the way they spoke to me. I left and went to Short Pump, was treated so much better. Diverse staff and very down to earth employees. Stony Point will never get my business again. Racist and downright ignorant.

I am beyond pleased with my recent visit to this location. Darren and Neicey were very personable, attentive, friendly and helpful! I went in looking to purchase a new bracelet but not sure of exactly what style.  Darren offered to clean my bracelet but I was skeptical as a stone had come out of one of my charms after a previous cleaning at a different location.  I didnt realize it until I got home and when I attempted to get it replaced the Short Pump location told me since I didn't purchase it from their store they couldnt replace it. Darren offered to replace it without hesitation! They didnt have the same charm in stock but they did have a comparable one.  Neicey spent a lot of time with me helping me find the right bracelet and charms to match! I was also thrilled to get a nice jewelry box to keep them in! I spent about 2 hours in this store being indecisive and not once did they try to rush me or seem irritated or bored! The assistant manager came in near the end of my visit and although I didnt catch her name, she was very helpful and friendly as well! All 3 of them were an amazing team and seem to work very well together! I will definitely be back to purchase more jewelry from this location and I would be so delighted if these reps are still there when I return!

I went in today for a replacement. And I can't remember the store  manager's name but he and his staff was ABSOLUTELY amazing! I was in and out in a flash! They quickly exchanged my bracelet, offered to clean my charms, and customer service was immaculate. They are also very good at giving directions. Very happy, satisfied!

I used to shop at the Short Pump location because I loved the service Clayton gives. He moved to the Stony Point location, so now I shop here simply for Clayton. He is amazing!  He helped me in February with a birthday gift for my sister and helped me with shipping to her address in another state. She got it quickly and loved her birthday gift.

I brought 3 charms today under $100! Phylica was amazing! Customer service was excellent!
