I needed to exchange a bracelet I purchased online for a smaller size. I also purchased a dangle charm. Shelby assisted me and she was absolutely AMAZING! Super friendly, helpful, and made me feel special. Thanks so much, Shelby, for making my 1st visit to that location, a very pleasant experience.
I would give this place zero stars if I could. We were in the store for 10 mins and were waiting for someone to assist us. I understood that it was Black Friday but there was no rush in the store and there were a lot of employees working. In the few minutes we were waiting, no-one greeted us and just ignored us and started helping people that got there after us!! Fast forward 10 minutes, one of the employees asked the other if she could help us out and she said that she was helping somebody who got there after us and she hadn’t even talked to them. Not sure if it was discriminatory or not but sure did feel like it.
I am very disappointed with this location's staff in the way they handled my pick-up order. Both my aunt and I attempted to contact the store all day and yet no answer to add my fiancé as an alternative pick-up. I sent my fiancé to the store to see if he was able to speak with someone in person. The representative gave him a very hard time even tho he had the order details and my auntthe purchaser readily available to make any necessary changes. She only offered a refund as a solution. I am very disappointed in the way this was handled because as a loyal customer at Pandora. You would think they would try to make certain accommodations and to ensure the order was released accordingly. This may not be a big deal to some but I think as someone who has worked in customer service in the past and wants customers to return, there could’ve been a better way to solve a simple issue in verifying a new pick-up person for an order.
They need major customer service revamps and also more order to be serviced as much as people spend in there. You can come in and the 3 people behind you may get helped before you do. Also, when I go into a store and I am looking at the jewelry to make a purchase please do not hand me a catalog to look thru like you are rushing me out of the way unless I ask you to see more options. That is so rude but that is what this store did! I have been in other Pandora stores and have never been treated like that.
Came back to replace a charm that broke and apparently they don't stand behind their products. The lady manager said without the actual receipt they would not be able to do anything. An item that was bought 3 months ago. Even showing them the bank statement and they will still not do anything. Keep in mind this is a Pandora charm that is only sold by them.
This particular time I went into the store, there were two black American young ladies. I wish I knew their names to give them all the props!!!! made the experience feel so luxury!!! I felt like I was in a true jewelry store thank you thank you thank you for making my purchasing experience a great time. The young lady that cash me out answered all my questions. Very sweet she didn't just throw my tissue paper in my bag she actually fluffed it and folded it correctly my gift was so beautiful. When the customer service is also it makes you want to go back #pandorastoreMurfreesboroavenue
I’m mainly giving 4 stars because of the great customer service by Selena. She’s very interpersonal, attentive, and professional when I was picking out a gift for my wife. Can’t say the same about the other associates, unfortunately.
Janae was so helpful. She helped me pick out a new necklace for a heart charm I haven’t worn in years and helped me pick out a beautiful ring. She was patient, friendly, and responsive.
We went in to get charms for my mom's bracelet today. Every sales associate was busy, which is understandable. We walked around, and after about 5 minutes a man came over to say "excuse me" because he needed something out of the drawer where we were standing. He didn't acknowledge us beyond that. I said excuse me, where do we go if we need help? He said, "Honestly we're super busy right now." I said, "Yes! Of course. But where do we stand if we're next in line to be helped?" He said, "I don't know. I guess you could stand there by the door. We did, then another couple came in and walked around. One of the associates finished with her costumer, walked away from the counter, then asked the couple who came in after us, if she could help them. We were standing RIGHT in front of the store, at least 3 associates knew we were waiting. Whether it was discrimination or not the other couple was not black and we are, they NEED a better system!! Because it clearly looked as though we were less than.
My husband & step daughter went to buy me a new bracelet from this specific location for Mother’s Day and he was turned away as it was close to closing time. Which is understandable After he left and before he could drive away that same employee who turned him away let another customer in after him. My husband is a African American man. The man they let in after him was a Caucasian man. I am very disappointed in the subtle discrimination that was shown to my husband and I don’t know if any other person of color has experienced something similar at This store but when I was told it really upset me. This was my husbands first time visiting this location and I have never been but we will not be going back!
