I'm an industrial electrician who can build control panels, wire robot controllers, read electrical and plumbing drawings, troubleshooting machines during initial start-up and provide ongoing support for those machines.
I have 17 years of experience in building control panels and wiring robot controllers, reading electrical and plumbing drawings, and troubleshooting machines during initial start-up and providing ongoing support for those machines. I have taken courses in pneumatics, electrical troubleshooting, metallurgy, mig and tig welding, programming logic controllers, control systems, industrial electronics, and basic machine operations.
I’m electrically, mechanically, and pneumatically capable of taking on any project.
I specialize in the Automotive Industry.
I received an Industrial Electronics certificate from the State of Michigan. Since then, I have completed training at Lincoln Electric Automation Division for programming FANUC robots.
Mario, the President of PanelBoy Controls has a lifetime of experience in the electronics field. The interest began when he was just 16 years old when he began installing car stereos for his friends. Upon completion of high school, Mario pursued the electronics field and received a certificate in Industrial Electronics from the State of Michigan. He began building control panels in 2000. He continued his education at GRCC where he began seeking a degree in Industrial Technology. Upon gaining experience in building control panels, Mario became an excellent troubleshooter in a manufacturing environment. He spent 9 years working for a machine builder in Grand Rapids where he quickly became known as a competent electrician. He spent many weeks on the road installing complex machinery and providing support during the installation and startup. With 13 years of experience, Mario decided to venture out on his own and began his own controls company. It was February 2013 that PanelBoy Controls was formed. The first few years have been very successful and we look forward to serving you in the years to come!
