Spent almost $40 today on Italian breads and desserts. Everything in the store looked beyond amazing. However, don't let that amazing look fool you. The desserts were by far the most terrible desserts I have ever tasted. Everything seemed to taste old and stale and dry as if they had been sitting there for far too long. We are not from NY, so to get home and try this after dinner was beyond disappointing for us. We were foolish not to read the reviews prior to this and most certainly have learned our lesson on making sure to check reviews next time before buying anything. If I could give this place zero stars I would, because they definitely did not deserve any stars at all, well maybe for their service because the young lady was nice.

Bought this today, it looks nice but the taste wasn't what I was looking forward to. Under those stale cold fruits the pastry tasted like raw dough with sugar in it. The outer layer tasted like stale cookie bread. Idk I got my hopes up. The strawberry was going bad because it was that rubbery chewing texture. Definitely not fresh.

Looks tasty but in reality it taste old like it’s being sitting there for more than week . We waisted our money . So disappointed. Will not recommend at all !

Visit this place and try their cookies and cakes! Sooo yummy! And the lady is so sweet too

The clerk wouldn't write a message on the pie for us cuz she said it wasn't possible. Was a regular pie and in the end the chocolate pie we bought tasted terrible for a fresh pie. Waayyyy too sweet like those cheap off brand candies kinda sweet. Reminiscent of chocolate flavored medicine, so kids would want to eat it but still dont. We also bought a pack of plain cookies that luckily weren't sweet but dry as all hell.

I spent 60 bucks on the mostly delishiously "looking" but horribly "tasting" pastries. I bought 2 slices of cheese cake. 2 of carrots cake and some cookies and a cake for my son and a fruit tart. It was my sons bday and I had people over. Everyone tried it but noone ate it. It was embarrassing. The cheese cake and carrot cake tasted nothing like what a cheese cake or carrot cake supposed to taste like. Even the cookies were super bland and stale. So upsetting.

I was generously gifted with a box of sesame cookies. Sadly, the cookies had no flavor other than a stale refrigerator taste. Not sure how they store their cookies but they were clearly not fresh. Very disappointed…

Horrible Service, The stuff there looks tasty but not fresh at all, my sister bought 2 cakes for our mother for her bday n they tasted so old and stale, horrible handwriting and so expensive for nothing, And the communication is very poor, we wont be goin there ever again

I’ve been buying cheesecake here for years but recently the cheesecake is horrible they put too much flour, I guess to save money, doesn’t taste like it used to worst cheesecake ever! And they dare to charge $30 for it. I want my money back!!!
