I ordered the Asian Sesame salad and the Mediterranean veggie sandwich. Both flavorful and staff was very friendly. I love this location. I’ve given up on the Bay Plaza location long ago.
Food was good. Service the Pitts. I ordered 2 cheese souflee. Upon arrival was told they would not be ready for 15 minutes. Order was placed online so a phone number was there....calling me and letting me know would have been a good service recovery, but no!! I was offered to pick something else. I asked about getting the credit for what I ordered but didn't get and the girl at the counter seemed surprised. She turned to Andre who told me that he could not credit me until the next day. How ridiculous was that. The credit never got posted. I'll be going back there....NOT!!!
I was very disappointed at the portion size I received for the you pick 2. Mac and cheese was one of my choices in which they didn't even fill half the container of mac and cheese. I understand inflation is an issue but charging more food and providing significantly less is very poor business. I won't be coming back to this location again and hope this is NOT how all Panera operates.
The food is as good as it used to be. Recently the service was not as great, but today was good. The store was clean, service was good and my favorite ingredients avocado, chicken etc was not sparse.
Unfortunately experienced the most unpleasant thing today. The staff needs to keep in mind that the customers are within ear shot of the pickup counter where they are packing orders and calling names. I watched the woman packing the bags make a comment to an older women who looked like she worked in the kitchen. She says to her "I don't know, just call the name" laughing. I looked up because I'm literally the only customer waiting. Continues to butcher the name loudly to herself until i just decided to walk up to the counter and let her know its mine. Lets be mindful. It would have taken two seconds to turn around and ask my name... Instead you are joking with staff about the name I was given at birth? My name is phonetic and is literally pronounced how it is read left to right. But I assume basic language skills are not required for employment. Maybe if my name were Jill she would've been able to say that. But it isn't. You are in a diverse neighborhood and need to act as such. Instead of asking to speak to a manager about the culture sensitivity that their staff is lacking I fled of embarrassment feeling belittled. Please give your business to the neighboring food franchises and skip Panera unless you have a basic European name you are more than welcomed.
This Panera Needs help!! The service was very frustrating, from the time I walked in the door, ordering my food, waiting, and finally when I received my order, it was all just dissatisfying. First the store was packed with customers either waiting to order or waiting for there food either way the store representatives aren’t directing their customers so everyone is just waiting around. I went from the cash/cashier line to then waiting to order on a kiosk and back again. After I finally ordered I waited 55 mins for my food , all for my soup and grilled cheese to be cold. As far as the staff they weren’t helpful and seemed annoyed by the customers asking about their orders. Furthermore I saw many staff but only 2 actually working, the supervisor and an older lady in-front of the store who was taking the orders. All-in-all I gave this location 2 stars because the best part about my order was the cookie it was fresh and soft.
On a night when it was not busy they burnt up my sandwich and could not make a new one because they were out of bread. This location runs out of bread after 5pm alot. Slow service now poor quality. Vegetarian options: Salads and grains Parking: Ample spaces
I have no complaints. The food is good, the atmosphere is soothing, and you can really relax. At the same time it totally works for work lunch meetings. Update. Lately, post covid-19, I find that I have to wait a while for my food. Order ahead on the app or online. You even safe a couple dollars sometimes when doing so. But be prepared to wait. My favorite is the Mediterranean Grain Bowl with chicken.
The food is fresh, the staff is friendly, the seating area is enormous. The bakery area is dangerous if you have no will power like me! Highly recommend the poppy chicken salad!
Great place. I only come here on Tuesday for the bagel deals . Half off.. staff does a great job. Very clean. Smells great.
