I truly enjoy starting my day with a delicious bite, and a caffeine boost at Panera Winchester! The staff is awesome and so super friendly! They get to know you [me] a little bit and remember [me]; which makes me feel so welcome; they not only practice great service and communication, but build relationships in their service that keeps me coming back--the food is good too.  I make modifications/special requests to orders and I appreciate this team's attention to detail! I am a "Sip-Club" member which means I subscribe a little each month, and get access to Panera's drink menus that include a free paid for by the membership drink of any kind up to every 2 hours daily--this comes in so handy on those busy days.  I highly recommend the Sip Club membership.  THIS IS MY OASIS, THANKS PANERA WINCHESTER, YOU DA BEST!

I love starting my day with a check-in at Panera! I get a charged lemonade often, and sometimes get an opportunity to dine-in; the team here usually gets my wierd/odd-ball custom requests for my food and drinks-if i communicate that they miss something, which is rare, but they always make it right with no hassle! The team has great energy and I enjoy their smiles and greetings. They create an atmosphere that makes me feel like I am part of this community.

This is my go-to place for meeting people and for studying as well.  The staff here are super friendly and helpful. The only negative in my mind is that they too often run out of brewed coffee. Sometimes of one or types simultaneously.  And unfortunately it oftentimes takes a long time for a replacement pot to show up.  I wish they could "anticipate" outages better and have a backup "waiting in the wings".

No way to leave feedback in the app. Staff was pleasant, but…Order was not “rapid”. Mediterranean bowl had no hummus, no cucumber, very little arugula, and if there was quinoa mixed with rice, did not seem so - nonexistent. The bowl was sparse with mainly rice feta and a few tomatoes. If missing all these items, should have been informed and allowed to choose something else. Not worth the price to get something other than the described item. This was a to go order so discovered all of this after I got home and could not complain. Also, when out of the roll as a side, should offer a slice of bread instead. Disappointing experience. I eat at Panera often and this location showed itself to be sub par.

Placed a mobile order, even though the app said it was ready it was not when we arrived. Finally got it and drove 20 minutes home. Opened it up to see the one sandwich was completely wrong. Drove back because I didn’t pay $12 to get half of a wrong sandwich. Got there and they said oh well they must have just have confused it with the breakfast one, we’ll remake it. The first time they remade it was the right sandwich with no egg but there were still peppers on it and again it was only half the sandwich. They remade it a third time with no peppers but again it was just half. So they remade it a fourth time finally for the full sand which and I just brought it home. They did not substitute the bread or add the extra sauce I paid for. This wasted an hour of my day with driving back and forth and waiting in the store for over 30 minutes while they remade the sandwich four times and still it was wrong. No one ever apologized or offered anything because of this inconvenience. I will never go back to this Panera.

Yes, I was reading the comments down here. I also doordash and I can tell you that the wait here is horrible. And yes I've seen some horrible nasty bathrooms here also and other places so I feel your pain. I have had a lot of nice people working at Panera but I guess there is the occasional rude one here and thereFood: 5/5

Place is dreadful as far as customer service or lack thereof. No one, and I mean NO ONE, ever says hello or goodbye, including management. The Panera in Martinsburg West Virginia has a more "attentive" staff. I know as i have been there countless times, and my friends also notice this. There are grounds in their coffee often, and the food is getting very overpriced
