The young lady who was passing around cookie samples was very nice and polite. Se was cleaning and sweeping the entire time we were there. She was really keeping the place very clean and happy and pleasant. She even waved goodbye from the back and told us to have a great day. I didn't get her name, but she had long hair and a nose ring. Great employee
Pretty expensive for just coffee and some pastry, great ambiance and big space. Is a little confusing where the lien stars to order and some drinks are located in different places. Overall for the price of the menu not the best
Very disappointed when I walked in to the pick-up for the my orders. It wasn't first time that my orders were wrongly. Chicken was very dried, fruits were very old , foods are not good enough for the prices. Employees are very unkind!!Food: 1/5
Shout out to Cristina @ Panera's in Woodcliff Lake NJ!! She understood the assignment! I went in there with an order of 10 Lunch boxes for one hour and Cristina did not blink! Done! Excellent and super professional. Saved me!
Compare to other Panera this one is skimpy with the food portion. My tuna sandwich barely had red onion and tuna. My French onion barely had cheese and didn't come with the croutons.Food: 1/5
Worst location I have ever been to. The portion of food is very tiny. You barley get anything. On top of it, they are very rude. You pay so much money and you get nothing. Rip off
This is the nicest Panera in NJ. More modern atmosphere and looks like it was renovated recently...there's a lot of corporate offices across the street so alot of employees stopping in...too bad I couldn't stay for lunch..
I am here very often and this location is simply amazing. The food is always outstanding, clean restrooms and great customer service.
