I’m am over it! Panera’s prices are too expensive for less than mediocre service. The first time I had an issue but they would not do anything because it was Uber Eats today I went inside and they sold me a grilled cheese with the paper from the cheese still on it. It was like a playground on the inside. Such a disappointment… and the cheese was black. French onion soup barley no cheese and the croutons I had to ask for were stale. This is no longer the place it used to be!!! I must say the young lady that took my order was really nice!!
I just wanted a Green goddess sandwich and they burned my bread and the chocolate cold brew they made for me was terrible. I asked to trade my drink for the one with whipped cream and I’d pay the difference if needed but the lady just told me the drink was correct and ignored me. Like bro why should I drink a drink I don’t like? Panera shouldn’t charge soooo much and have terrible service
The friendliest and cleanest Panera we visited. Awesome, super friendly staff that got our order correct. Love the bread.! So fresh even at the end of the night. You can tell this location is very well managed.
Ordered food for delivery. My tomato basil cucumber salad had mold on it. When I called, the restaurant the manager said that there was nothing she could do for me and I would have to contact door dash who delivered it. I told her that I ordered it on their website and did not have access to door dash in order to request a refund. She was extremely unprofessional and rude. Absolutely refused to help me. I called their customer service line and spoke with someone else. They immediately issued me a refund and told me they would discuss how to be professional with the employee. I will not eat at this Panera again.
I've used their rapid pick-up option a few times and was very disappointed. One of the times I ordered a cinnamon roll. They didn't even put it in a bag. They just set the box on the shelf. No bag, napkins, fork or knife. I had to ask for them. Another time, I ordered the pick-two. They forgot to put chips in my bag, and the tuna salad sandwich barely had any tuna on itphoto posted. I only go to this location because it's near my job. I won't be coming back anytime soon. Update: 05/07/22 @ 10:30am I was served a moldy bagel. Picture posted below.
Do not go here! They will not reimburse you if they mess up and will argue with you! do not order online! They need to fix their website! They will replace your items with other items without informing you! I understand why their was Noone in the restaurant if they are out of bread and bad service. Soup is trash as well.Food: 1/5
This one just sucks. They get your food out pretty quickly, but quality wise, it’s pretty poor. I ordered a pick up for a Baja bowl and they put it in a small plastic containernot the usual bowl container so maybe they ran out, which it fine, but it very much seemed like less food. On my bowl I ordered extra avocado Greek yogurt, but I didn’t see any avocado as well as I think the yogurt was rancid or something because it tasted very off. As well as I only received two tomatoes when it usually comes with maybe five, but it doesn’t matter much because the tomatoes didn’t taste very fresh anyway. I never have trouble with other Paneras but this one just seems to miss the bar on the quality category.
It's very clear you don't care what you serve your customers. These pics are exactly how it was given to me. Half a cup of Americano and whats the deal with my bagel?? Please, just do better. I'd rather drive an extra 10min for better food. SMDH
I was very disappointed upon getting my food today. I've normally had great experiences with Panera, however my food was not right. I got the pick two and my salad had no chicken on it, which mind you I paid an extra $1.99 for. There were no tortilla strips or extra dressing. My sandwich had no extra sauce and was very dry. I would have taken it back and had it corrected or atleast got my money back for the no chicken, but I was on a short lunch break and could not. So was very unhappy with this particular visit. Parking: Limited
Overall 4 stars this time. I would give 5 stars for the food but gave 3 out of 5 because my daughter's Fuji Apple Salad contained quite a few brown lettuce pieces and she did not eat it but everything else was good! This was the first time this happened and this is the main one we go to. Food: 3/5
