Placed a few catering orders here recently. Food was ready when I arrived and packed correctly for travel. Staff was friendly and courteous. Food was of decent predictable Panera quality. I frequent here for lunch. The food is usually pretty good. However, the dining room does not get much attention and tables could use a good wipe down.Food: 5/5
Went through drive thru... ordered a salad and a Mac n cheese. Took 20 minutes. Forgot utensils. No big deal. They forgot to put chicken on salad...big deal. 20 dollars for lettuce and Mac n cheese. The workers seemed miserable. I would give zero stars if it was an option. Do not recommend. Mac n cheese was good. So check your bag and give yourself plenty of time
Food is always good. But the dining area was horrible. Tables were dirty, garbage container was overfill with dirty plates, etc. The floors were messy undesirable. Very sad.Food: 3/5
Terrible experience. We used their catering service for a work event. Ordered food for 45 people and they only sent 36 pastry items and were 1/2 hour late fore delivery. When I called to express my concerns I was told "there is nothing we can do about it". They have lost a customer!
Never had a problem at any other Panera but this one! I’m pregnant so I ask for them to add milk to my frozen Carmel always the same lady who gives attitude upon seeing or making my order in the back. Milk? Never added looks and tastes the same as a regular F.C
Worst Panera bread I ever ate at!!! Very disappointed!! The sandwiches were hard as a rock, the French onion soup was horrible had no cheese or anything in it...it was supposed to be double meat and cheese and it barely covered the bread.
Panera Bread has the most amazing food! From sandwich to soup everything was delicious. We had the Mexican Street Corn Chowder, so good!!Food: 5/5
Literally no baked goods and less than a dozen bagels left to purchase. Bread is in the name, but not in the store. I guess it's more of a bistro now.Food: 2/5
They got the order ready when they said they would be ready. It was hot and everything we ordered was on it.
