I have been eating at Pannini for years at all their locations. What I like about them is the consistency of food taste and quality, all these years regardless of the location. The service is always pretty good. The Ambiance is consistent and clean and nice for every day restaurant. This place serves everyday quality for you can eat a few times a week. I only wish they had a location closer to me so could eat here more frequently. They have one of the best kebabs have had from day one and it has been consistently the same. If you like home made food and are looking for an alternative for those days that you just don’t like to cook this is the place for you. Best of all very reasonably priced for what they serve you. Having been a loyal customer of Panini Cafe since its opening, I've always enjoyed their great service and delicious food. However, my recent experience was far from satisfactory. On my birthday, I ordered a Family 4 Combo and a Family 2 Combo featuring beef kobideh and chicken kabob. To my disappointment, the rice was dry and undercooked, while both the beef kobideh and chicken were tough and dry in texture. This was especially disheartening as I had invited friends and family to celebrate with me. Unfortunately, we couldn't even finish half of the meal and ended up ordering pizza instead. This experience was a letdown, especially considering my past positive visits. I hope the restaurant can address these issues and regain its usual charm.

This café offers delicious homemade Mediterranean food. The service there is exceptional and attentive. We tried their Chicken Shish Kabob and Chicken Wrap. In both dishes, the chicken was perfectly cooked—juicy and wonderfully seasoned. If you're looking for a delicious Shish Kabob, this place is worth a try.Food: 4/5

Each juicy, succulent piece of steak is marinated to perfection in a blend of herbs and spices, and then grilled to a perfect medium-rare. The meat is tender and flavorful, with just the right amount of char on the outside. But the steak is just the beginning. The kabobs come served on a bed of fluffy, fragrant rice pilaf and a side of crisp, fresh salad. The rice is perfectly cooked, with just the right amount of seasoning to complement the steak. The salad is a refreshing mix of crisp lettuce, juicy tomatoes, and crunchy cucumbers, all tossed in a tangy vinaigrette. And let's not forget about the service! The staff at Panini Kabob Grill are friendly, attentive, and always eager to make sure you have the best dining experience possible. From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left, I felt like I was part of the family. Overall, I would highly recommend Panini Kabob Grill in Mission Viejo to anyone looking for a delicious meal in a welcoming environment. I normally really enjoy Panini Kabob, including this location, but I was disappointed in both the quantity and quality of my to go order this evening. Hopefully it was just a “one off.” UPDATE 6/23/23 First time back in awhile and it was delicious, everything was great! 8/22/23 Disappointed a bit again tonight. It seems they have some inconsistencies to work out at this location. Substituted rice for extra grilled veggies. It seems like they must’ve been running low on vegetables because the quantity was much less than normal, and it was mostly all onion. It was also not grilled, so pretty much raw onions on the side, meh. Salmon and salad were tasty!

got the worst kebab of my whole life in panini kabab in los Olivos branch irvine spectrum , the waiter's behavior was very rude and insulting. The kebab was completely burnt and the salad was old and was not fresh at all. The quality and service was awful

Second time dining in for lunch. Our waitress Emily was so amazing, kind, and really tentative!!! The portions are huge, meals are so delicious. Chicken moist, flaffel great flavor. We were too full for dessert. It's on my favorite local list. Must try.

Good location right off the I-5 and Crown Valley Parkway. A good place to grab a bite before you go to one of the theaters upstairs. The menu was extensive but diner friendly. The server and his assistant were absolutely great. I'll be going back there

I really hate to write this because the food here is really amazing, however I have ordered takeout online two separate times and the pickup process both times was a disaster. Once again, the food is AMAZING! The pick up/togo order process and wait times are a mess and should be addressed. My order was late over 20 minutes both times and I was basically forced to wait in the restaurant. Great food, terrible service.
