I worked with Alan Panozzo, Funeral Director, for full-service funerals for both of my parents who died within 24 hours of each other due to COVID-19 issues. Alan was very helpful until I paid him in-full. He emailed me a new contract to sign from the company he uses to inscribe headstones. I asked Alan Panozzo numerous times to call this company to straighten out a serious problem regarding the wording in the contract but he would not contact this company even though I paid him in-full for this service about 3 months ago in December 2020. I don't live in the area of where my parents are buried and I don't know who inscribes headstones so as of today, March 20, 2021, my parent's headstone remains blank so it's as if Alan Panozzo buried my parents in an unmarked grave and no one can tell where my parents are.
The Panozzo Bros. Funeral Home was extremely helpful during a time of incredible grief. Alan was knowledgeable, empathetic, and forthright. They took care of everything and did so at a reasonable price. Fully recommend.
Allan went above and beyond for me when planning my husband's service. He was always kind, caring and treated me like family. I can not say enough good things about Allan and the rest of the Panazzo family. Thank you for making this difficult time so much easier for me and my family. Very disappointed in their lack of attention after the fact. In all honesty, they did a lot right in their services for my mom. But when we noticed, after the fact, that the year of death on the gravestone was incorrect, they did not respond to telephone calls and emails. Total indifference to our feelings after the fact.
They were very professional and very simpathic to our family during our loss.
Great people who work here took care of us when we didn’t know how to handle this. Very blessed to know there are good people in ones time of need.
