Excellent service. I ordered a custom made cake for my friend and Paola was super accommodating and she gave me specific instructions as to what to do, reasonable timeframe and estimate once I knew what I needed. I sent the photo via text and she did exactly what I needed. Needless to say, everything here is super delicious!

The best cake I had in a while. I got a tres leche for my son birthday and it was so tasty . Everybody was asking for that. I added my cake toppers on the cake. I will definitely be going to try their custom order cake next time.

Bought a marble cake for a birthday last week and while it was decorated well, it tasted like a cake from a grocery store, albeit costing 6 times as much ~$90. Upon inquiry, was told that it was a standard Pillsbury cake mix. My wife is not a professional baker but has been baking for 7 years now and stopped using cake mixes the second year into baking. We definitely did not expect our $90 cake to come from a $5 cake mix and taste like a $15 grocery store cake. Will not go back.

I was visiting Richmond area for the weekend and wanted to celebrate a birthday during the weekend. Since I was traveling from out of state I read several reviews and contacted a few bakeries around the Richmond area looking for someone to assist me with a half and half cake celebrating 2 birthdays. I spoke with Natalia and she understood what I needed and offered suggestions to fit my cake request. I took a leap of faith and decided to order without actually being there in person and sampling their product. The ordering process to the last crumb of the cake was superb. 5 STARS IS NOT ENOUGH for level of customer service, price, decor and taste of the cake!!!!! Thank you so much for helping me amd my family make a wonderful memory with one of the best cakes ever!

Ordered a cake for my daughter's 3rd Birthday..It came close to pick up time and I decided to call to make sure the cake was ready .I was put on hold for a 10 minutes and talked to multiple people just to be told they couldn't find my order. The cake wasn't made. They said someone must have misplaced my order. When I went back for my refund I had to wait around for the owner to try and figure out how to refund me my money. Completely unprofessional. Wost experience ever!

I love Lessas Cakes! New management is extremely kind and their cakes are delicious! Very fair prices too! The place is clean, and the employees are very professional! New management is definitely going to turn this place around into something amazing. Wish I had pictures to share, the cake I bought was gorgeous! Definitely will come back. Wish I could give more stars.

Absolutely wonderful! I called about 5 days before I needed a cake and she was able to have it ready for me without hesitation. The cake was absolutely wonderful! Moist, full of flavor, not to mention the decoration I wanted exceeded my expectation. The customer service was perfect. When I called, I had no idea what I wanted other than the character so she sent me pictures of cakes she could do to give ideas. The bakery itself was clean and stylish. They are VERY talented bakers. I will never return to the basic grocery store baker for cakes ever again. Paocakes has way better quality cakes for the same price. This will be my new go to!

New ownership and not very together with what they offer. Was told on phone half sheet cake was 50 but then we picked out stuff out of template book and then she told us it was 110.$ per half sheet cake and all we ordered was a standard cake with icing and characters sitting on top.

I was so excited to discover this bakery, everything looked delicious and it had all of our favorites. It was also an ethnic Columbian bakery which is rare in these parts. The first couple of visits although the selection was limited and service slow we returned to support our local small businesses. After a while the service began to decline and the prices increase. The last and final visit my daughter and I were in for an unexpected disgusting surprise our cheesecake had become penicillin and neither one of us had an ! I was so upset I called and left them a message and they never called me back to follow up. I called a few times to no avail. Needless to say check your pastries carefully before you put it in your mouth.
