Quick, always friendly people, lots of options even in how it's cooked

The pizza was good and service was good but the workers did not use gloves. They wiped their hands on their dirty shirts. With C-19 going on right now one would like to think at least gllves would be required. I would be willing to give them another chance in the future.

Papa John's are the BOMB!!They have really great customer service! I believe that young man's name was Ron who took my order. When I picked it up, I was greeted upon arrival by the on duty manager; Will. The place was immaculate. Quick with my purchase and my order was right! I will DEFINITELY be back to Papa John's! Fantastic!!

Great employees, was greeted and thanked. Man took his time to make sure everything was correct on my order before giving it to me. This pizza was the best pizza I've had in a long time usually order pizza from puzza hut i will not be going to any other pizza place! Thank you papa johns employees!

Would give a no star if could. Second time giving this place a try. It's awful. Order extra toppings and extra garlic sauce. Both times we got soggy sloppy pizza with no extra toppings but tons of sauce and no extra garlic sauce. Even our teen boys said it suck. Both times we spent $50 bucks what a waist. Little Cesar's much better and cheaper!

Would receive a better rating IF!! Each time I pick up my carryout order, I didn't recieve a text/call from employees trying to hit me up!!! This WAS the ONLY pizza place in town my family or myself ordered from, we make other arrangements now.

First time ever with Papa John's and an employee named Darien answered the phone. He helped resolve my online order issue, as well as provide outstanding customer service. He is a proven asset to Papa John's team. He was patient and kind; not aggravated, or annoyed, as most fast food employees seem to be. Without employees like Darien, the fast food industry would suffer greatly. Thank you Thomaston Papa John's. I was skeptical at first.

Very disappointed in order I placed today as I unchecked the 'no contact' and waited for my $16+ order and sàw it marked "Delivered" and called Harbourview Nursing and Rehab and they said there had been no packages delivered I then called Papa's Pizza and learned the delivery person had called my phone as she waited for someone to come out so she took it back to store. I called to as t old old I remove the charge from my accoun I bore you. Even before and foodt,

I'll never go here again. I didnt receive my order until 2 hours later and then when I did he forgot my other pizza, so 30 more mins he shows back up and when I open the box it was the wrong pizza. I kept the pizza anyway because I was tired of waiting and it was going on 3 hours of dealing with this.

In the past, we were very happy with Papa John's Pizzas. We ordered a gluten free crust on one of the pizzas, and there was NO sauce on the pizza when we got home. My one topping was also very scant-I might've had 2-3 TINY slices of a mushroom on most slices like they'd used the last or bottom of the mushroom container instead of getting some fresh, decent ones--bothers me because GF pizza is a must for me...a SMALL is the only size available@$13.99ea, and I got zero sauce, almost zero topping, and my pizza was actually burned. I'd never had that happen before, but the service/quality was bad enough this time I won't be going back... Back to making my own GF pizza .
