I ordered a pizza tonight extra cheese, spicy sausage and extra pepperoni. By time I got the text saying it was done I was 2 mins. away. Don’t get me wrong the customer service was great the pizza was TRASH!
First, they had no drivers to do their deliveries so they subbed DoorDash. The guy came to my door with my pizza but not my soda when I told him that I was supposed to get a soda he barely spoke English and when he did, all he said was, “I don’t know. Call The Store!” It took forever to get someone at the Willingboro, NJ store that even spoke English! Long story short. I had to wait until the next day which was Sunday July 2, 2023. Thankfully a Manager named Kenny was working. He had heard about my ordeal from the night before. He went above and beyond to rectify the issue and make sure that I was satisfied. He apologized and even delivered my order personally!!! This is the kind of customers service a business is suppose to show. Papa John’s in Willingboro NJ. You need to give Kenny a raise for the exceptional customer service that he shows to his customers. Job well done Mr. Kenny!!
Let me start by saying the delivery driver was extremely respectful and apologetic, this was ZERO fault of her’s. Management gave her the wrong address and the tracker said my food would be delivered by midnight at the latest. It showed up at 12:40 cold and not right, I ordered one pepperoni with extra sauce and extra cheese and one plain extra sauce extra cheese, neither pizza had extra sauce and it was cold so there’s no telling if it had extra cheese. The crust was burnt to a crisp and the pizza wasn’t much better. Awful experience and definitely will not order again.
Ordered online at 11:30am did not receive my food until 1:30, only to find that they did not follow the directions on my order. Ordered a specialty with added toppings they only sent me the two toppings I added. Call back to back for another hour until I reached some one he apologized and asked if I wanted another pie, no thank you I would like a refund. Stated to call back after 5:30 which I did and again still cannot get anyone on the phone!! I will never order from here again.
Recently got out of the hospital didn’t have a mode transportation, so I thought I’d order delivery not only did it take forever to get to me but when it came, it wasn’t the epic pepperoni stuffed crust I ordered just normal stuffed crust I decided to overlook it because it’s not like I take it back at the moment… food wasn’t bad until my fourth slicing, and I felt something stringy….. I proceeded to put a long brown hair out of my mouth I feel like hair nets are required for a job like this didn’t trust the rest of it so I threw it away called the establishment to let them know hit five to talk to a manager was on hold for like 5-6 minutes before it hung up on….. I’ve tried to call two more times. Nobody seems to want to answer the phone. Guess I’ll be going somewhere else for the first seeable future.
Ordered online and forgot to change address. I called the store several times and no one answered. I was connected to a call center but they kept hanging up. I decided to go to the store to pick up my order so that it wasn’t delivered to the wrong address. Upon arrival the line was out the door. There were angry and rude customers yelling at each other. The workers didn’t have anyone’s order completed it was complete chaos. I stood in line for a whole hr and the pizza they game me was burnt and dried out. The workers were picking up food off the floor and still putting it in boxes!!! I’ll never order from here again!!! I will be in contact with corporate!
Placed an order and they didn’t give me the special I asked for. The pizza was disgusting and it was cut in all different sizes. The bread sticks were hard and had no flavor. They gave me the wrong wings I ordered and the delivery driver smelled like straight weed. This place is horrible all around.Food: 2/5
Very unprofessional establishment. My order was not right, along a few other people whom were there returning orders! Management isn't manager's at all, they are allowing staff members that are under them, in theback making pizza run the store! Parking can be a little tight, and hard to get a spot, they do share the parking lot with a Jamaican restaurant! At this point the Jamaican restaurant will be a better choice! Features: Staff isn't wearing mask.
Was traveling to cover a store for my job. And couldn't resist picking up Papa John's Pizza. When I'm at lunch break in order to pepperoni pizzas with extra sauce only cost under $13. It was nice to see your free-standing Papa John's building not in a strip mall. I definitely recommend this one did anybody who's local or passing through the area. Papa John's is yummy yummy
Delivery came 90 mins late and was partly wrong. Cannot get through to the restaurant. Online chat said to call the restaurant. Sent email to customer service over a week ago and no response. This is probably the 3rd time this has happened. Giving up.Food: 3/5
