We called Friday about 4 pm 12/2/22 and were put on hold 5 different times and was disconnected 5 times. I explained this to the gal who kept answering and she apologized. However on the 6 th call I was put on hold until it went to voicemail 11 minutes later. I left a message explaining that I was not happy and wouldn’t be back in. Something happens every time we have ordered here. We actually drove in to the store and there were 3 customers inside and 5 employees which were mostly standing around. Rather than going in and making a fuss, we decided to go somewhere else. We used to enjoy the pizza, just not the horrible lack of work ethics.
Always a good choice especially when I'm not able to cook at home. Minus one star because they keep messing up my order. Tonight they forgot our drink and then they also gave us the wrong crust it was thin when I ordered original. Last time they gave me someone else's order. I couldn't do anything to remedy the situation since they were already closed by the time I got home and was able to put the pizza in the oven. Oh well not a big deal.
I ordered online once a week for the last 3 weeks. Ordered 3 pizzas each time with at least 2 added or subtracted toppings. Got it wrong 3 weeks in a row. Please get it right next time. I'm not tripping on the $5 total. But I'll have to start ordering from the Ridgefield store. I've been ordering from the battleground store since 2008
I received rude service regarding a disability accomodations and when I tried to explain, the person literally said "call your congressman" and walked away. Other staff were not helpful. When I asked if there was a way to contact management, I was flatly told no. Not happy.Food: 3/5

Zero stars for turning away a customer 30 mins before close with the sign still lit up and on. With a printed sign says they close at 9. Employee seemed very lazy and incompetent to work such a easy job. Smh
Thin crust chicken bacon artichoke Pizza is the best. Although the last time the wife called in for a pizza and when I got there they didn't have our order so I had to reorder it all over again:-Food: 5/5
What a mess this place is. I made a online order, I show up 30 minutes later and that’s when they start making it. The I wait in the waiting room because it’s been another 20 minutes. We ordered 3 pizzas. One of them was supposed to be gluten free, cheese free with red sauce. It was $22. We got home, which is 30 minutes away, and the pizza was totally wrong. Tons of cheese, no sauce. We called and you were closed. So We called today and was told since we have no proof then there is nothing you can do. What the heck happened to customer service.
Decent pizza, was a little slower than I'd have expected since they didn't have to bake it. Online ordering wouldn't accept any international postcodes so had to pay with a family member's card which was frustrating.
