Love their pizza. Made while you watch and super nice owners! Delish!
I'm really disappointed. I got a coupon in my email that the Beaver Dam store refused to honor. It said nothing about online orders only. We rarely eat out anymore because I am not working due to covid19. The only reason we placed the order was because we thought we were getting buy 1 pizza get 1 half price. Won't be going back to this location again. It's sad when companies don't appreciate their customers.
The lady at the register left little to be desired. I asked where to find the coupons and I just felt she was a little clip. Not my idea of a friendly person glad to take your business. Maybe she had a bad day. Pizzas look great and didn't take long.
My teenage daughter had friends for a sleepover and wanted pizza. But more importantly a smores dessert pizza. They were out of all dessert pizzas. Mind you it was about 5:30 on a Friday evening. The employee was rude just saying it would be a while. Apparently making dessert a pizza is far too complicated. Many other pizza places in town that I would recommend before Papa Murphy's of Beaver Dam
I love Papa Murphy's pizza,but the staff at this location are rude. I also came in to this location after looking at their website for a deal on a XLNY pizza for $7. The store had a sign by the register that said same pizza was $10. I asked about the deal in question ,and the guy at register wanted to argue ,and lie about the deal. I conceded,paid,took my pizza,and left. I might not eat another pizza from them. Their is 4 other places to buy pizza from in this town.
Bad customer service seems to. E a trend in the reviews!! Walked in ordered a pizza with papa Murphys pink sauce and was told "no" what why we don't do that! But you have white sauce and red just mix them together on my pizza and you have pink! No not doing that was the response. Asked the owner why was tol it's a mess not happening. Bad attitude bad customer service at a make your own pizza place that won't mix two toppings! This is a common sauce at all other locations!! Thanks for nothing but a brush with BAD attitude
Fast, Clean, Friendly service in a super clean place. I don't mind having to bake it myself at all, That's part of the "Take and Bake" deal. They have never let me down at the Beaver Dam store. I'm in and out quickly and very happily. A great deal and a great place. The owners are doing something good and right here. Keep up the great work!
Walked in to place an order, no greeting or anything. Ordering 2 pizzas, after telling the guy what the first pizza is and I started with the second pizza. He cuts me off and asks what we are doing with the first pizza. I repeated the first order and realized that he was being rude intentionally. I said never mind and left. He acted like he was excited/relieved that he didn't need to perform his job.
We go to Papa Murphy's all the time but I will NEVER go back to this place. Rude staff, they'd weigh cheese, put a pinch more on and then take it off again. I think if we're lucky we got an entire 10 pcs of sausage....on a large pizza. NEVER AGAIN. If you want a side of rude, this is the place to go.
Love the pizza always great! However the staff is short, rude and would be curious if it's like this at other locations, you cannot add topping to the pizzas... not even if you would like to pay for it. Why not?? Take my $$$!!
