Great service, clean, organized, only thing that is just for skinny to average bodies,

Maybe this way I will get the customer service I need. I ordered clothes for my mother in law probably almost 3 weeks ago from their online website. She got the completely wrong order, nothing of what she ordered was in the box. I have been calling their online customer service number literally every weekday and no one answers. No one responds to our emails either. Not sure why they are shipping out orders if they are not taking care of customer issues. Meanwhile we are stuck with someone else's order and have yet to get any resolution on the order we actually placed. Smh never again buying from Papaya. Out of all the online purchases we have made I think they have the worst customer service support ever during this cov19 situation. Quite disappointing.

Very nice store but the customer service is very bad the women there are every rude. It was a very uncomfortable time never coming here again.

Guess im just out of luck, really bad service and return/exchange policy.
