I usually don’t try new nail places because is a hit or miss. Unfortunately it was not a good service. Overall staff was nice but they did a poor job at doing my toe nails. I asked for a French tip and it looks uneven. I’m not sure if the lady doing it was new, but it looked like she didn’t know what she was doing. For the price I paid I barely got my feet scrubbed which is one of the reasons I get my feet done at a salon instead of home It might be worth it if you get one color nails, no design.
Horrible service! They messed up pu hair and gave me BOLD CHUNKY HIGHLIGHTS, when I asked for a simple balayage with baby lights all over. Don’t go to them
I made an appointment but no one was there when I went there on time. I waited for 15 mins but no one showed up. I called and left a message to give me a call back, but nothing heated from them. I don't know how they do business like this. Also, no one really speak English.
Since express hair accross the street closed. My whole family come here now since Tony had to move here from the other salon. I get my nails while my husband and kids get their hair cuts. It's very convenient for us. They get their stuff done while I get mine at the same time. I usually get the gel manicure.
They do a great job on gel manicures
I decided to go to the salon because it was on way home. I stopped by for a trim. The girl didn’t say much only after she cut 2 inches she said was that enough. I realize she did not know what a trim was. I told her even my hair. Didn’t say much . Until I was getting ready to go she says what are you doing for the holidays. Last words were that will be 25.00. I was very upset my hair is not even and she cut a lot in front of hair. Now I have to go to another salon to fix my hair. I would not recommend salon.
I have been coming here for 5 years and see Anna. She is efficient when they are busy and fun to talk with when it is slower. I prefer to call for an appointment but walking are ok. My husband just goes and sees whoever is available. I usually just get my haircut but have had my nails done for special occasions. Anna was great, speaks English and I could ask her advice or a tweak to the manicure that is hard to do when there is a la gauge barrier at other nail places. She’s smart and skilled! Twice she did my hair for a costume party. It was crazy and fun. Lots of compliments!
