Very impressed with the bouquets they put together for the price. I’ve ordered flowers for friends and family many times, and am often disappointed in what they assemble. Not the case with Papillion Flower Patch. They are my florist of choice in the Papillion/Omaha area!
They do amazing arrangements. I got double the amount of flowers I ever got anywhere else for the same price. The women were very nice and helpful as well.
I helped my father order an arrangement for his girlfriend's birthday and it arrived looking like it was put together by a child. It was lopsided, very sloppily put together and not made in the right colors. We contacted 1-800-flowers to complain and this florist was supposed to do a new arrangement but never did. We had to request a refund from 1-800-Flowers. I contacted the florist themselves to voice my complaints and find out why a new arrangement wasn't delivered and I received poor customer service as well. I will never again do business with this florist.The pink one is what we ordered, the yellow one is what was received.
The heart that my daughters children out was not what they asked for and the daisies were dying and falling out of the arrangement. My brother also ordered from them and his flowers were dying as well. His arrangement looked terrible. I would not recommend using this florist.
Ordered Mother’s Day flowers and a candle as this looked like a local shop. Instead flowers were delivered by a 1-800 flower service to a locker facility for us to pick up. Very misleading company and poor service.
We ordered an arrangement from afar for a dear friend. What was ordered and what was delivered looks significantly different. We ordered the largest size. When we called to ask about it they offered to deliver 3 more roses. Really? I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves.
One the left is a picture of the Fields of European Romance bouquet ranging from $49.99 to $69.99. A $49.99 one was ordered, on the RIGHT is a picture of the arrangement we received. DO THEY LOOK SIMILAR? NO! Absolute rip off from the Papillion Flower Patch. Called and they sent a worse replacement one. Talked to the owner & she told me I didn't realize how much flowers cost, lets see, I can get a beautiful $15.00 bouquet from Hy-Vee that puts the one WE received to shame. Shame on you Papillion Flower Patch this is stealing.
Very dissatisfied with the arrangement received. We ordered through 1-800 Flowers and it was subbed out to Papillion flower patch. I paid $119.00 for a Christmas tree bouquet filled with flowers. It was to be the largest one. The arrangement was ok, but they skimped out on the flowers. A total of 3roses, 12 very small carnations and some spider mums. The described picture and what was received was nothing close. I could have ordered a dozen roses on Valentine’s Day and had them shipped for $100. Instead I paid for a bunch of greenery. Would not recommend and have disputed this with 1-800 Flowers. Other local florists will create stunning bouquets and fill them with beautiful flowers at a much better price.
My daughter received flowers from there on her birthday. The arrangement is beautiful!
I am from out of state and needed to order a large funeral wreath for a dear friend who lived in Omaha that passed away the end of January 2017. I researched the floral shops nearest the funeral home, and Papillion Flower Patch had good reviews. I called in my order and was taken care of with professionalism and care. Of course, I was not able to see the end product, but a few weeks later I got a thank you note from the widow saying the wreath was beautiful! Thank you, folks at Papillion Flower Patch, for helping me pay my respects with dignity and love with a beautiful arrangement.
