Dr Bennett is amazing my kids are 7 and 5 and have never had a cavity. I trust her completely most of these bad reviews are a joke. She is passionate about what she does and only wants to take care of all these children. Maybe some parents should take care of their children's teeth and stop shaming behind a phone. If you have questions ask her she will show you.
Do not take your children here! Unnecessary dental work. Claimed my child needed crowns. Came out with a silver cap in the front tooth in addition to the crowns, for a cavity he never had. I suspected this dentist was scamming insurance companies at the expense of children. A second opinion revealed that my son didn’t have any cavities. She also tried putting the crown on in the office and my son was crying in pain and there was a considerable amount of blood. I stopped her and sought dental care elsewhere. She has a horrible reputation in Papillion.
I switched my son to Dr. Bennetts office because our first Dentist was a nightmare to get an appointment with. In the three years we have seen her my son has only had one cavity that needed filled. She’s quick and efficient and always friendly. Her staff is top notch as well. We always have a great experience!
Been going for years, then this last year with my last daughter has been horrible here. She has way to many patients, she can't even tell you or explain what going on without being rushed. Seems like she's all about the money now. So sad cause she was actually pretty good. But she don't listen at all to what you want. Never going here again. There's a reason we missed so many appointments.
We've been seeing dr Bennett for the last 10 years now. I don't know where most of you are getting your stories from but I have never seen any of this, My oldest son who is now 13 is on the spectrum I could even get him into a dentist till he was 3. Dr Bennett was the ONLY pediatric dentist that would take his case no other dentist in the metro area would even attempt to see my child. She has always explained throughly about any cavities and procedures needing done she's also always been able to point out the cavities to me that can be seen on the surface and the ones seen on the xray. She's always answered all of my questions and the option of hospital or at the office is always given obviously a younger child it's way easier to do all dental work while they are asleep. It's a choice. Dr Bennett and her staff has been wonderful we are going on 10 years now and she sees all of my children
Both of my daughters have been seeing Dr. Bennett and staff since they have had teeth! Every appointment including 2 procedures have been amazing. Thank you, Dr and Team for making my kids comfortable and not afraid of the dentist!
Dr Bennet is fantastic! She was the only dentist that didn't make my son feel uncomfortable. She was very patient and understanding that he wasn't a fan of getting dental work done. Her office is cute and child friendly. Not to mention the receptionists are super helpful when I have questions about billing. I'm shocked to read negative reviews on here. We have been going to her for almost 10 years and she hasn't ever recommend anything for no reason. I see that some of you are being petty enough to pick on her taste in fashion.? Tacky. Ps your kids have cavities and she is doing what dentists should do. "Preventive maintenance"
Our experience with Dr. Bennett and staff have been wonderful. They are very helpful and will explain what they are doing to your child before they go back and after they get done with their treatment. Scheduling appointments are easy and they will work around your child's school schedule. They are very thoughtful and caring!
Front desk staff are very friendly and welcoming, and most of the hygienists are friendly. The office is nice and welcoming to children. I WISH I had read the reviews sooner. It could have saved thousands of dollars on potentially unnecessary dental work. Dr. Bennett, though she is polite, spends very little time with the patient, nor does she provide thorough explanation. I was told my child had a few cavities that needed filled, and it was recommended that we put her under general anesthesia to fix them. We held off initially, but each time we came in, she had a few more cavities. Eventually, it became her entire mouth needing filled. My child is a routine, twice-a-day tooth brusher. When we proceeded with the dental work, I was told the only option was to cover her baby teeth with silver caps. It was very difficult to get appointments for dental work, she required 4 separate appointments, about 2 months apart from each other. When my child did have her dental work done, we waited 20 minutes for Dr. Bennett to come in and administer the anesthetic injection, another 20 minutes for her to actually start the dental work, where she would drill the cavity out then leave for another 20 minutes to see other patients, and finally return to finish filling the tooth. A single appointment for a filling took almost 2 hours because of the back and forth between my child and other patients. In the eyes of a parent, leaving them with a mouth open with an exposed tooth is definitely NOT child friendly, and not to mention that a child of school age is missing school for the appointment.
Dr Bennett is a wonderful dentist and I would highly recommend her to everyone with children. To all the people with negative reviews I’m sorry you feel the way you do but if you speak up they will answer all your questions. My child still hasn’t had one cavity so not sure why people say she over diagnose cavities. And parents need to understand their child isn’t going to Disney land when they go to the dentist and their getting a cavity filled their getting a shot in their mouth and a cavity fixed so if they have a very anxious child they have the opportunity to go to the hospital and have it fixed instead. Anyways stop all the hateful reviews it’s flat out rude and bullying
