We rented a boat for both my kids' birthday party and this place was amazing. They were helpful and Steve even let us use a lillypad once he heard it was their birthday  This really made our experience so much better. I have nothing bad to possibly say. The boat was also a very smooth and enjoyable ride! Highly recommend!

Don’t let bad reviews regarding parking sway your opinion about the companies; boat charter and AirBNB/VRBO that operate out this location. This marina has 5k people a day coming through it a weekend. Be patient while you make your way to the show.   If a guest can’t afford an extra $5 in their ride-share for parking they probably can’t afford the charter. I can assure you, it’s worth it not to have to drag ALL your gear down to the lake.  I spent a significant amount of time here and NEVER had a single incident or any reason to complain.  Is it loud? Yes. It’s a marina. It’s a super fun place to AirBNB and or charter a boat but it’s not going to be the quietest on the weekends.  For my fellow cinematographers & YouTubers the end of D Dock is one of my favorite places to Timelapse the sunset on Lake Travis. Point your camera just to the left of The HEB Mansion.  If you want to charter out a boat or AirBNB from Paradise, message me. I know a guys. Check out my previous YouTube shorts for more. ‍ If you’re starving and don’t want to drive far here are your options  If you’re looking for a solid taco and a good drink then head to Te’Kila’s. If it’s breakfast you’re seeking go to Los Polos across the street.  Live everyday like nothing lasts forever and have a helluva an experience at least once at Paradise Cove. ‍  5 Stars to Capt. Frank and his team of pirates that keep this place operating 24/7.

Captain Alex was very friendly and professional to tour us around the lake, stop close to a beach area nice for swimming, and tell interesting stories about some of the lake view buildings. Our group had a good and safe time!

Worst experience by #thuglife parking bouncers who made us pay after our party  arranged free entry for us. Don’t pay $15 to park in a lot that is so poorly maintained that it caused a flat tire due to the large, jagged rocks in the lot. Parking attendants were extremely rude when discussing entry fees and unprofessional stating ‘can’t you read the sign’ and when we replied they were standing in front of it and we couldn’t see it they said ‘you should have read it in your way in’ and ‘you are on camera this is being recorded’ to hassle us at the entrance. Do not waste your money and do not bring anything but off roading tires to park in a lake bed of sharp rocks and broken glass. The lake itself was a great experience but I will not be financially contributing to a poorly maintained lot with extremely unprofessional parking attendants in the future.

Came up here for Father’s Day weekend. It was our first time on the water. We really enjoyed our visit. Steve really helped us out and explained everything thoroughly. Definitely coming back and recommend this place. I can’t reiterate how much fun we had. Thanks a lot to Matthew and to Steve.

Warning: Do not enter or attempt to enter this parking lot. Besides the danger flat tires, rocks, glass that awaits once you actually get through the bouncers the new fees are even worse. If you're renting a boat or yacht through here please strongly consider going elsewhere. Even the most expensive marinas provide less headaches and fewer fees than this racket.  The Mafia outlet operating this parking racket is now charging $5.00 per person inside your vehicle. Group rideshare? Doesn't matter Charter Bus? Every person counts $$$$ Rideshare/Uber? They don't care  This Marina must be nearing its end because they are out for blood. Go elsewhere, seriously. You've been warned.

Ok… $20 for the worst parking lot ever . Rocks and flat tire. Rent somewhere else will spend my time reviewing companies. What a rip!!!!!!

Rented a Sea Ray that was well maintained & ran great!! It’s a long walk from where you park to get to the Marina especially with a heavy cooler but was not a problem at all they brought up a golf cart & loaded up the cooler & took us down there. I see on other reviews people complaining about the long walk that’s all marinas on Travis!! Just call when you get there & tell them you have a cooler or just want a ride & they will come on up. Usually they will see you & you don’t have to call. They have nice boats that are bigger & cheaper than other boat rental companies around. Will be back & definitely recommend them.

This place is a dump on the water! The onsite management is great however limited to the resources provided to them by the lackluster bottom feeder owners! Recently they did add in a few upgrades which is the reason for giving them one star instead of no stars. Upgrade #1 modern architectural design of stacked 2’x2’ pavers which is great for urban hop scotch on the water. Upgrade #2 brought to you by Sun Setter shades on dock were the tin roof covers your boat and latterly wraps around the boat providing extra protection for those on dock I . Upgrade #3 railing access that touches your boat for easy access on and off! Upgrade #4 easy access to your neighbors boat with 3’ clearance between docks. Upgrade #5 submarine lift access. Upgrade #6 full voicemail box for service requests. Upgrade #7 no need for a gym pass as you will have to walk a mile to your boat and or possibly have to swim to it depending if the main ramp works. Upgrade #8 free shock therapy with live wires in the water. Upgrade #9 free investment planing provided by the owners. Upgrade #10 free boat disposal if you want your boat to be sunk. Upgrade #11 modern touching roof experience between docks. Upgrade #12 soft touch wooden access bridges between docks made out of recycled tooth picks. Paradise cove marina is an experience you cannot achieve anywhere else!  Hahahaha this place sucks!

This review is about the general policy of charging for drop off on the weekends. How greedy do you have to be that you not going to get your $15 parking fee that you have to charge hard-working Uber drivers $5 so that you can get a little bit of money while people are getting dropped off. You're already charging these tourists and arm and a leg to rent a boat in a lake that's only 60% full. But you feel like it's the right thing to do to charge hard working other people to do something that brings you business. Terrible decision and I hope it makes your business suffer I wouldn't pay the $5 I refused to pay the $5 and I never will you're not going to charge me $5 for me to drop somebody off I'm not even using your facilities you guys are scam artists and I hope the more people give you one star and stop doing this
