Paradise Lakes All Age Community

Bought our place here in Paradise Lakes Mulberry Fl, which was a very fast an amazing experience. Jackie, property manager has been great, very pleasant and knowledgeable and very welcoming. The maintenance staff have been amazingly also. Community has so far been very welcoming. Nice family community for sure. Happy to have our new home.

Paradise Lakes is such a beautiful place! Beautiful landscape, newly paved roads, and friendly faces! Every time I visit, we’re greeted with a smile! Also, the management are very kind. We’ve been for several birthday parties, bridal showers and other gatherings. I would definitely recommend paradise lakes as a place to live!!

My husband and I just bought a home here and the experience was nothing less than spectacular. Jackie the park manager was super helpful and was great at keeping us updated during the entire process. The park itself is very clean and quiet. The pool is beautiful, can't wait for the warmer weather to enjoy it with our grandchildren. I would definitely recommend Paradise Lakes to anyone looking for mobile home in a family park.

This place is amazing I've been here 3 years the staff with the park are amazing and easy to work with. The park is kept clean and very well organized! The pool and club house is always clean and well taken care of. Jackie the manager is hands down the best. Have questions or ready to buy a house this was by far the easiest! I give this place 5 stars for a reason!

We have lived in Paradise Lakes for a little over 2 years. We absolutely love living here. It's a safe and great family community. Paradise Lakes is located conveniently close to many restaurants and shopping areas. Property management and staff are wonderful and easy to work with.

When we purchased our Home in Paradise Lakes located in Mulberry we knew we made the right choice. Jackie Office manager from the beginning of signing the contract to the three years that we lived in Paradise Lakes had been a great experience. We loved it and surely would purchase it again in the future if we decide to come back. Jackie thank you so much you were a great manager keep up the great work.

We were looking for a place to move to while we were having our home built and the prices in Lakeland were extremely high. We got lucky and found this lovely community. Jackie made the process and transition smooth for us. It’s a quiet community and we never had any issues with our neighbors or the management team. All the staff have been really nice and we definitely blessed in finding this small community located near restaurants and Wal Mart. I would highly recommend Paradise Lakes in Mulberry as a temporary or a permanent home. I want to thank Jackie for making our stay and the whole process easy. She is an awesome person to work with. It’s a ver convenient location close to food and shopping definitely going to miss that.

Nice Mobile Home Park. Living here now. So far I love it. They have a pool and a lake in the back I can fish can you say Friggin sweet!!!!!!
