I Live here. The people and managers are friendly and I would highly recommend this community.

What a great community! Everyone looks out for each other. All homes are well kept. The park manager husband/wife team are super friendly. Great place to own your slice of paradise

We spent a couple years there but the last time it was terrible we had to cut branches off trees to get the rv In place. They were aware we were Coming the male manager is a bully. When I asked for my deposit 100$ back when we left I told him I didn't think I would get it back. We left several months ago and I never received the money. The lot was perfect when we left all weeds were cleaned it was raked there is no reason I should not have gotten it back. He is a Retired enforcement officer and he is bullying the elderly that live in that community. I have called asking about my deposit. No answer and no call back. Just like I said I didn't get my money. They stole from me . WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND STAYING THERE WITH THOSE MANAGERS

Kids playing out in the street and don't move when you drive through along with no adult supervision.. landlord is very judgmental on your physical presentation and almost all neighbors have hidden cameras for the police..

I must change this rating because of the manager. He manages 4 parks in the area; including 5th Avenue Estates where I've lived since 2013. Since I've moved in, we've not had the best managers. He's the 3rd one we've had, and by far, the worst!!!! If he manages this park like he does mine....RUN AS FAR AND AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM ALL 4 PARKS THAT HE MANAGES!!!! At first I thought this new managers was a new beginning for our park and shared in the joy of it. However, as time marches on more and more I see the old management's practices are simply being carried on. Our Rules & Regs which we call Standards For Living are constantly being broken by management. Their philosophy seems to be, it's okay until someone complains. Then it depends on WHO that someone is. Different rules for different people. This was the main complaint with our previous managers. Now, pit bulls are being allowed in our park, to the detriment of all the residents. Our Standards specifically prohibit dogs known to be dangerous or aggressive and pits are specifically mentioned as are rotweillers and others. When rules are broken that put residents and their small pets in peril, it is time to speak up.

Becky the Manager and her Husband have to be the rudest Park Managers Anyone ever met. The Laundry rm smelt like sewer, like their attitudes. Her husband is like the Natzi Low class mobile home park Jerk. yelled If you park the wrong way, slammed his hand on signs to make his point, meaning We didn't read the signs on Children Swim time, he literally blew a casket... even though no one was at the pool but us. My son didn't like tone nor his attitude nor did I and We told them, We were asked to leave the park. They sure and heck us any favor, cuz I was damn tired of hearing the loud ass people who lived on the other side of the fence. This is not a social or welcoming park, and I don't think there's a trailer older than 1975, so why they act like the castopo's of this park is beyond me! We stayed cuz it was a big corner lot, no people walking in front of you rv. BUT it sure in heck wasn't bcoz of Location, scenery, or price.............................BEWARE OF NASTY MNGMNT!!!

New management in the past 3 years and a great improvement great community involvement and events daily .nice queit park and big lot spaces . with welcoming residents nice place to live and very clean friendly atmosphere huge improvement from 3 years ago .everyone leads a helping hand .

This park has a great location for the Goldfield Mining town and for the Superstition Mountain area. It is convenient to shopping and other services. It has a small pool and clubhouse. Very clean and quiet with large sites.

Don't expect the use of a clubhouse if you decide to buy in this park, the clubhouse is being used for furniture storage for over a year now, and is closed to all residents, we are trying to get it opened with no avail
