Scam artist. Ordered a part tuesday 12pm est for overnight shipping. Called thursday to speaking to a guy who says we are shipping it out today to its now monday still no part and phone goes straight to voice-mail which is full. Doing a fraud charge back and filing fraud report with paypal.

I love this place. The gentleman who helped me was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all of my questions and gave me more information. Will definitely be going back. Would recommend this place to any and everyone who has a aquarium.

Went to Texarkana and brought the kids with me. All 3 needed a good bath and grooming. Stopped in Paradise Pets and was given excellent service for my last minute request. The price was even better. Thank you Paradise Pets for being gentle and efficient with my babies.
Horrible service. The website said there were 7 particular fish in stock, so I went to his store and none of them were actually in stock. I asked him to order them and he said he would call as soon as they came in. 3 months later, no call. Went to the store one day, during normal business hours, but was closed and had no sign, stating why or when they would return. Tried to do business with them a third time... I asked the girl up front, if they had a certain type of filter media, for my tank and I heard the owner say from the back office to hang on a sec. I waited 5-10 minutes and he still did not come out. I will never do business with this company and I don’t recommend anyone else do business there either. I saw that there were quite a few positive reviews on company, so I’m glad others were able to get a positive experience, as I have had none.
Drove from New Boston and they were closed. Hours need to be updated. Is it even open anymore?
This is a great local fish store. They have much more then what meets the eye. And great prices too. The owner was a pleasure to talk to as well. We'll definitely be going back again.
