Exercise classes and special fitness challenges offered at the Civic Center!
Liz Suniga, owner of Paradise Valley Fitness, has been teaching classes at the Civic Center since January of 2009.
Current classes:
Fusion - a blend of exercise formats including strength training, core training and dance/cardio moves. This class is held on Tuesdays from 12:10 - 12:55pm.
Pilates - this class seeks to help strengthen your core/trunk with exercises on the mat, with weights, magic circles and stability balls.
All classes are $2.00 for a single class and $20.00 for a 12 class punch card that never expires.
Special Challenges are held and there is one coming up! BUNS and GUNS 2 starts on Monday, September 19th. Two sessions are offered: 5:45am - 6:45am or noon - 1:00pm. Cost is $100.00.
No equipment needed for any of the above - feel free to bring your own mat if you desire.
