I wanna take the time to say The services that I received at this clinic from a staff by the name of marlen or madlen . She has wine colored hairshe was excellent! I came to do some labs She made me feel no stress and it was done quickly and calmly which is the key. I’ve been coming to this clinic for about 7 years now & I’ve never felt so welcomed by the front desk staff she’s blonde with glasses she was very friendly and professional of course. marlen/madlen did her best to ensure that I was properly informed about my health and labs that I was missing and that we’re accidentally improperly done the first time Other than that I would have no qualms in recommending anyone to this clinic !!! If you're in a rush don't bother. It is never less than an hour wait even if you come early. They typically only have one doctor doing rounds and despite the long wait you won't spend more than 15 minutes speaking with him. I've had a uncomfortable experiences with two different doctors. One just made me feel uncomfortable, while the other kept correlating everything all my physical symptoms to my anxiety and told me multiple times to get medicated. Going so far as to reccomend I go to a psychiatrist. Terrible service, they seem to prolong the wait times so that people can leave. Honestly not the only reason I don't rate 1 star is because at least there's a lab on site.

This Center has the most amicable and caring staff. The Drs. are extremely caring and they were knowledge in their field. They knew exactly what was wrong with me and took action right away. The wait time was almost nothing. I highly recommend this Urgent Care. Thank you Paradisus and all their staff members.

Being in the medical profession I’m very picky where I choose to bring my grandparents! This clinic demonstrates holistic care embracing the patient as a whole. Physically and emotionally! So happy to have found you guys! Thank you for taking such great care of my family!

We called our insurer Sunhealth and explained our emergency situation, They spoke to this facility about our situation and made them aware that we were going to come in. Everything was confirmed. When we arrived we explained how my husband was attacked. We waited for a while to see the doctor the front desk lady told us that there is 1 doctor and 1 person doing xrays. When we met up with the doctor we explained the whole situation and why we are here. She took us to another room so that they can clean the wound. When we told the doctor that we needed to provide the police with the medical records she declined to help my husband and told us to go to the hospital. She turned her back on my husband even though he was bleeding from his head. But they sure were quick to swipe our debit card for our $$$. Thank you for wasting our time.. You are also a horrible liar doctor. . the doctor told us that they do not do xrays there even though we were told differently from the beginning. Talk about back peddling.

I have been going there for the past 7 years and i cannot express other words how Amazing Dr. Mirabal , he is Great listener, Solves any health concerns you may have and takes his time in which helds a lot of patients to be seen right away and is just walk-ins,No appointments , but other than that is worth the wait ... Unfortunately, the Medical Staff in the facility has changed and it is no comparison how it was before. In front of everyone they talk loud about your personal stuff like nothing, they leave your information forms laying out in the front desk without consideration that others may see it which that is HIPAA violation. And when you call and you want them to send you a copy of proof of vaccine or results ; they are not the one to resolve it, it’s the Nurse ONLY and she’s barely in the office. I mean i understand if she is in charge of lab orders and supplies that requires her not to alway be there because she travels from one facility to the other, but this is common sense if shes not always present they should have someone ELSE in the Office that is consistent in solving issues that need to take action STAT. Then they take your message because the Nurse isn't in the office and she never returns your call.... So it makes it useless for you even to call and leave a message if no one cant solve it in the first place and you have to keep on calling . Imagine a person that works full time doesnt have the time to go in person cannot rely on a medical staff this way. If you go in person they are not rude they are just inconsiderate with patient documentation and unorganized ; on the phone is when they are rude and show you their true COLORS! I honestly feel bad for Dr.Mirabal and the other Dr.’s that Really take an effort to solve their Patients Care..!

This place is horrible, you spend literally hours in the waiting room, just so when you see the doctor it only less than five minutes talking to him. Last time, I was seen by Dr Rosbel, I had to wait for him while he was talking on the phone which in my opinion it is really disrespectful and unprofessional and when I asked for the refills he gave me the wrong prescription.

I am not sure the people that see you are actual doctors. I believe one is but he's never there. The diplomas I've seen in both offices say "nurse practitioner". The staff likes to gossip and you can hear them as the place is small.

I strongly recommend Paradisus Medical. My family has been going to Paradisus for many years and we will continue for the years to come. Excellent and professional staff. Best of all is the hours of operation, very convenient for us who work. Paradisus Medical es uno de los mejores centros medicos, el personal es muy profesional y siempre nos brindan un trato muy familiar. Se los recomiendo.

The Suite # 59 is MENTAL HEALTH OFFICE . Just another arrogant macho florida Psychiatrist who cares nothing to even due diligence on past TRAUMA AND ADDICTION. Do not waste your time here Dr C. Psychiatrist USELESS
