First time using this florist, and I am very pleased. I ordered my son's boutonniere for Prom, and they did a wonderful job. I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted, so I chose "designers choice" when ordering online, and it was just beautiful! He received SO many compliments. Ordering was easy. It was ready on time and brought right out to my car. Thank you, Paragon Flowers! I will definitely be back!
Extremely happy with my experience. Wonderful customer service. I placed my order over the phone and they delivered exactly what I wanted. I loved that I got a confirmation text from an actual person when the flowers were delivered.
Just today, I ordered flowers for my daughter through Paragon Flowers. Don’t forget their name! They were VERY kind, helpful and delivery was quite prompt! We have been ordering from Paragon for many years now. We have never been disappointed! In fact, we are more pleased with the service and quality with every order!! Not sure how Paragon manages to "out do" themselves with every order but we have never been happier with any service from any business in St Charles since moving to the area 13 years ago!!! Today is my mom and dads anniversary. We lost my dad just under 2 years ago. This was my moms second anniversary alone. I live in a different state and knew I needed to send her something special. I called this morning and spoke with Shannon, told her why I was calling, what I wanted and when. Told her about our loss and my moms rough morning. Within a couple hours these gorgeous flowers were in my moms hands. They are just beautiful. Bright and full of cheer is exactly what I wanted for her. Thank you Shannon for not only making her a gorgeous handpicked bouquet but keeping me in the loop through text letting me know they were hand delivered to her at the door.
I live in Colorado, and reached out to Paragon Flowers in St. Charles IL to have flowers delivered to Yurs Funeral home for a dear family friend who had passed. I called just the day before the service, and was worried that it might be too late to get them delivered in time. But not only were they able to get them there in time, they were incredibly helpful and compassionate. Their customer service is beyond excellent! They made us feel like they were providing highly-personalized care, and were incredibly flexible and professional when I had to call back several times to change the verbiage on the card. If you know you want to send something "special", but aren't sure exactly what that is. . . call Michael at Paragon flowers. He listened carefully to understand my needs, wrote patiently while I cried reciting what the card should read, personally delivered at an earlier time when the original delivery date was not going to work, AND then called to let me know that my sister received the gift before leaving town. That is without even acknowledging that what he designed was absolutely beautiful and artfully unique. I could not have asked for a better experience from start to finish and am grateful to Paragon flowers for making a sad anniversary actually feel treasured. Jayne Finn
I reached out to Paragon Flowers after an exhaustive search for a bouquet to help me start a new St. Patrick's Day tradition for my family. I was drawn to them because of their ability to handle custom orders, and because my inexperience with plants made me want to work with someone local who could guide me through the selections. I really appreciated that Michael was willing to work with me via email, and Shannon's patience in working through my questions over the phone. I appreciated how clearly value and cost was communicated at an early stage of the shopping process. Heather's delivery to a very surprised and delighted recipient was well executed and well timed. I'm so pleased with the final product, and the creative flourishes that were added to the final piece! It was a huge hit, and I'm already looking forward to doing this again next year. I have minimal knowledge of flowers, and Michael was able to take a basic understanding of the colors and wildness of the flowers I wanted, and create a master piece. I would recommend Michael a thousand times over, as my flowers were truly beautiful and perfect for my wedding day.
Paragon flowers was a dream to work with. Michael’s personality really resonated with us, and he was excited to help bring our vision to a reality. He really took on a challenge, with our super specific theme and colors. He gave us something so unique and had a lot of ingenuity when creating a special boutonniere and bouquet, while keeping it looking classically ‘wedding’. He really knew how to build the bouquets to be beautiful from every angle. And his care of the flowers was amazing, 10 days later and we still have some wonderful blooms!
