Amazing service. If there were 6 stars, I would give him all six for his service! I have been submitting my taxes with Dan for the past 5 years and every time Dan was very approachable and always took time to answer to all my questions. As a student I had some tax issues regarding my scholarship. Dan always gave me professional suggestions and helped me to overcome all tax related issues. What I really like about Dan is that he is so passionate about his work that he can stay with you for hours to make sure he answers to all your questions. He'll go into details with you until you feel satisfied.

Well, we usually have a good experience. This year we went in and we worked with the owner Don Pantor. He didn’t understand English well. He misunderstood me and got really angry and threw my tax documents. He called me names and kicked my husband and I out of the office. We had friends waiting in line. He was disrespectful and embarrassed us. We normally work with his assistant. I never met him before. I do agree I should have stayed calm but he really offended us. I don’t know if he’s capable of understand that no one was trying to insult him but I am speaking perfect English and was worried he might have found this offensive and he made fun of me for being American and modeling. We had good experiences in the past at this office and all our friends in the Turkish community recommend him. This is why we go. But if he wants to be unprofessional and throw my tax documents at me we won’t return. He said to not come back so I suppose we really won’t go after this anyways.

I came here to do my taxes because all my family comes to do it here but it was a horrible experience. Not only did she mess up my taxes she also messed up my mothers taxes. In the end we both got refunded nothing because of the mistakes that were done. I was put under investigation by the IRS because of the mistake. Also when I notified them of the mistake they washed their hands and didn't help me solving the issue. The issue was finally resolved for my taxes back in 2017. They were very unprofessional and wasted my time. Find another place to do your taxes.

Dan has been my tax preparer for the last 20 years. I am 100% satisfied with his service! He always prepared my taxes on time. There was a time when I was unemployed and had a financial hardship. Dan was so nice that he filed my taxes free of charge that time.

I have been using the tax services of Dan for two years already. Dan's proficiency in tax preparation and his great interpersonal skills have made my visits to PargonTax very pleasant. Will totally recommend everyone to use Dan's services.

I have been doing my taxes, renewal of documents and obtaining visas for my parents trough PARAGON TAX for 20 years. They Mr.Pantor, Corina and Adina always went above and beyond to help me. I don’t understand all the bad reviews in the website , they are the most helpful team and group of people in Sunnyside . I would totally recommend their services to anyone .

If I could give less than one star I would. Incompetence at its finest! They messed up my papers TWICE! Caused me to lose my refund and when I called about it they kept lying and dodging my calls. They kept postponing until I gave up. They ended up costing me my tax refund. To this day I haven’t seen my money, since I filed with them 8 months 8 MONTHS!!! ago. If you care about your hard earned money stay away from this incompetent, lazy and dishonest bunch.

These guys are awesome, and they provide a quick but personal service compared to others. Dan is a funny guy who also happens to know his stuff. The office is on a small side but they work like a well-oiled machine.

I went today to do my taxes ,and I wasn't satisfied with the options that he gave me ,and I decided that I want to go somewhere else to do my taxes and he yelled telling everyone my personal informations and discussions that I spoke with him and he said it with a rude attitude to not come back again, he literally kicked me out!! All of this because I didn't agree with him!! Such an As**ole !!

Corina and Adina are great and helpful. The owner is also good person. They gave us very useful tips and advices.
