This place is really nice. There are 12 theaters. However, I will say the inside of the theater we were in was underwhelming compared to the rest of the building. The bartender near the bowling alley was super nice and attentive. My one complaint is that it says they have pool tables, but we were told the upstairs was closed so that was disappointing.
Today I was serviced by Michelle. She was incredibly kind and highly knowledgeable. I eagerly wanted to see a movie and she was able to help me immensely. I found her character to be sweet and gentle. She truly seemed delighted to assist me and that gave me a profound impression of her. She was patient with me and understanding of my budget and pointed me to the best options. In my opinion she is underestimated and should be given a chance to excel and advance beyond her current level. She is capable of more and she should be taken more seriously because I have no doubt if only given the right opportunity to shine and be elevated in some greater capacity that she will not be a disappointment.
Saw 2 mice in one night, was given a free movie but I will not be returning until they treat this place. Staff did not seem surprised at all. It appeared to be an infestation. Would not recommend. Update: provided my contact information to the requestor. NO ONE ever reached out. Still not going back until the whole place is exterminated.
Bowling was fun but the arcade is small and not that fun. Great service they were quick and nice.
Great theater at a decent price. Foods good and service is friendly. The seats are super comfy. The one bad thing was when we last went there a dude kept snoring and his people didn't care that it was ruining the experience for everyone else....otherwise a great option for a fun night.
I would advise you to avoid the official website to purchase tickets. Absolutely awful layout. No safety measures for errors. I set up tickets and went to purchase. Received an error that says "There was an error when completing your booking after you have been charged. You can ring the help line to get your money refunded." There is no help line provided and the only way to contact is via email where they say you can expect a delayed response. Honestly just unacceptable. It's 2023. There should be no way to get accidentally charged or an automatic refund system should be in place for errors like this. Now I have to hope I'll receive a response from the email or do a charge back from my bank. It's a nice theatre but the website is dated and customer service is lacking. Update 7/28 - I never received a refund. I went in person after buying tickets through Fandango which worked fine. I spoke with customer service and was told this was a known issue and that the charge should get dropped automatically from my account. It did not. Received one email stating that no refunds could be given unless I refunded in person just prior to showtime. I found this ridiculous considering I bought the tickets day of and spoke with customer service in person that day. Plus this was a fault of their website and not anything I had control over. They responded asking for available times to talk to give me a refund over the phone and acted like they were doing me a favor. Gave them times and never received a call. Called myself multiple times without answers. Ended up charging back through the bank who were more than willing to issue the charge back.
Not my first choice for somewhere to go and watch a movie. The customer service needs on overhaul. The service is slow and twice I’ve had to go and tell them to start the movie because someone forgot to start the movie on the projector. Management needs to get involved or this theater will go under!! Don’t recommend going here!!
The movie theater gets a one due to the slum lord who owns it. Seats are broken in the VIP and no music in the VIP restaurant. Our waitress, Michelle, however was so amazing that we gave her the refund we received for our broken seats. We absolutely loved her! She is the only reason we would return.
We usually love this theater, but the last couple of movies we've gone to, the sound in the theater seems to be off. It was much too quiet. It also felt like the AC wasn't working because the theater was really hot. Would be nice if the upstairs bar area was open more often. It's been closed the last few times we've been there.
Not as stinky as the Regal. Better seats too. One downside is there are less seats in each theater to fit the roomy chairs with leg rests in so if you are seeing a popular movie make sure you order tickets ahead of time. It's more difficult to sneak in last minute especially if you have a group of more than two
