This is one of the worst place to take your children. The wait time is long and the back office staff is detached and uncaring. First off, I expected when I walked my 18 months old into the office, that we would be seen within 10-15, it was 40minutes later. Why even make appointment, when they aren’t seen at the scheduled time. I came from memorial care where they take her vitals and measurements in a room assigned to her, but they actually did all of it in the common examination room. They even wanted to draw her blood in that area, instead of in a room reserved for a specific patient. After another 20 min, a man came in with the nurse, and the nurse took the fruit that my daughter was eating out of her hands. I protested that she was eating it, then the nurse explained to me that they pediatrician need to examine her mouth. Throughout this whole process I didn’t even know that the man that came in was the pediatrician. I expect during a first meeting, he would introduce himself tell us that he was Dr. Khan, and ask what my daughter’s name was. He said NOTHING at all, and proceeded to examine my daughter while she was crying WITHOUT saying one soothing thing to her. How cold and unfriendly is this pediatrician, my goodness! You are dealing with a 1 year old! He didn’t even tell me anything about her measurement or address any of the concerns I had. Once he was done, he left without a word. I asked if she’s going to get her 18 months shot, to which the nurse said NO. I was flabbergasted, and asked her why not. The nurse replied they didn’t order it, and she will give me a list of places that I can go to get her shots. I am so accustomed to having her get her vaccinations at her pediatrician, to send me to another location is ludicrous.
Very rude staff and doctor! I had my son have a physical assessment form dropped off on a wednesday as what the person on phone told me, and said to pick up friday because try out is the following week so we need it by then. Come friday, my husband went to pick it up and was told the doctor didn’t sign it and has to wait until tuesday next week! My son is so looking forward for his try out! They could’ve called and informed us ahead of time not to waste time and gas! Not just that, so i called while i was at work to clarify why it was not signed, the MA was so rude! She put me on hold for 10 mins and i called again, she picked up and said to wait for the nurse because she has a patient, put me on hold, hang up on me and never answered the call again!! They don’t care what is the effect of this to my son, not to be able to join basketball until next year again because of the unprofessionalism of this medical assistants and doctor! DONT EVER GO TO THIS CLINIC! I will make sure they get what they deserve under the state. This is not the only time I have encountered bad service from them, first I let it pass but now, they are careless medical staff! Mean people!
Thank you all for posting your reviews. It’s hell Ed me a lot. I was referred to Dr Kahn. And finding out, that this is a Clinic. So there’s a lot of different doctors that work out of this place? I’m out
Sooo bad experience!!!! And aside from that, I've been going to a check-up for 2 years and she only tells me that heavy bleeding is normal and she only gives me 800 ml iberuprofen to stop it! !
I am very grateful to all the staff and the Doctor of this clinic for having treated my son urgently today when he did not have an appointment friendly and very respectful staff.
Very poor attention, the lady who sees the children always says that everything is normal and they don't examine how it should be. The truth is that it doesn't seem right to me that they do that with children
