I recently contacted Paramount Insurance through Dave Ramsey's website. I'm moving home to NC and need auto and home owners insurance. I have been a customer of Paramount Insurance for several years. I recently had an auto accident. I called Paramount right away. They were great! They filed my claim right then. They gave me specific instructions on what would happen next and who would be calling me. They covered details on towing my car, getting a rental, and talking with the claims adjuster. They were kind and respectful. They were very polite to me. I talked with Paramount the following week as well, they were inquiring about my health and how were things progressing with my car. Again, they offered suggestions and made a phone call for me. When my chiropractor called Paramount about medical coverage - it was all handled so easily. He commented to me that Paramount was a great insurance company to work with compared to some my chiropractor has had to deal with. The whole experience from my doctor visits to getting my car towed and then replaced - was much less stressful than it could have been. I had been involved in an auto accident years ago - before I had Paramount Ins, and the experience was a nightmare. I was treated with hostility by the paying insurance company. My own insurance company at the time did not help me at all because the cost was going to the other insurance company. I am so very grateful for Paramount Insurance company and Karen and Sharon! I learned of Paramount while attending a Street Safe class with my newly licensed daughter.
