A truly minimally invasive parathyroidectomy with Dr. Larian considers all the possibilities of parathyroid disease (double adenomas or hyperplasia), and utilizes all the techniques available to completely cure the patient (including intra-operative PTH testing, radio guidance, and potentially comprehensive neck exploration or 4 gland exploration, when necessary).
