Monique at the front desk is amazing and runs the show-- I give her 5+ stars. And the maintenance team is also fantastic now and timely. Unfortunately, I agree with several comments above that once you sign your lease, the management/leasing team couldn't care less about you. They always acted bothered when I needed to speak with them, and lagged response time. We lived at Parc Rosslyn for just over two years and when we discussed our lease renewal options, we got quoted HIGHER rates to renew than a new leaser would get. They claimed it was just the market price, but I don't buy that at all. They were rude when documents they prepared with the incorrect numbers were signed and tried to cover it up by saying there was a "glitch in their system" and needed us to resign the documents with the updated, higher numbers. They refused to admit their mistake. I could go on but in short, we loved our time living at Parc Rosslyn but everyone would be in better hands with a different management company.
My experience at Parc Rosslyn has been nothing short of fantastic so far. Everyone in the community is friendly and welcoming, and the apartment offers competitive rates and spacious units some with a beautiful view of DC compared to others in the area. From the initial apartment tour to signing the lease/move-in, the leasing office staff has been very helpful, accommodating, and responsive special thanks to Stephanie A, Coco, Monique, and Edgar : and I highly recommend this place!
My tour guide named Kenneth was very warm welcoming and gave me an insight on units. Also, encourage me to stay in constant communication regarding availability of units. Beautiful rental property with a great location.
I did not have a good experience when I recently toured Parc Rosslyn Apartments. I had made an appointment to tour the building and left within 15 minutes. The leasing agent asked for my price range and when I responded, she noted that there was nothing in that price range offered here, but the website displayed multiple floor plans that offered options within my budget. She told me that there was a glitch on the website, something that was not stated when corresponding through email prior to my tour date. I immediately felt uncomfortable and somewhat judged for my financial standing, and proceeded to ask to still view the space as I had spent an hour to get to Parc Rosslyn. I was not even shown an apartment, and when I asked the leasing agent if she enjoyed working here, her response did not allude towards yes. The building itself is beautiful and I spoke to a family who had just moved their child in and had nothing but good things to say, but my experience with staff completely turned me away from Parc Rosslyn Apartments.
I just moved into Parc Rosslyn and so far my experience has been amazing! Due to complications with a different apartment complex, I needed to find an apartment to move in same day. Shirley and Ronisha were extremely accommodating. They worked hard to make sure I had an apartment to move into all while being kind and patient with me. I could not be more happy with the service I experienced. Additionally, my apartment is perfect. There is no where else in Rosslyn you can get this bang for your buck. The units are huge and the floor to ceiling windows highlight the views of the city. I am so excited to join the Parc Rosslyn community!
I recently had the pleasure of touring an apartment with Stephanie, the property manager at Parc Rosslyn, and it was a fantastic experience. Stephanie was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire tour. She took the time to show me all of the apartment's features and amenities, and answered all of my questions in detail. She made the entire process easy and stress-free, and I really appreciated her enthusiasm and willingness to help. The apartment itself was beautiful and well-maintained, and the location is perfect. Overall, I highly recommend Stephanie and Parc Rosslyn for anyone looking for a great place to live. Thanks Stephanie!
Staying at Parc Rosslyn has been fantastic. Apartments with plenty of space. The lobby is well-kept.People are lovely here. HOWEVER, things that residents actually use, such as 1. The gym and parking lot, require immediate maintenance. 2.The gym is so outdated, the equipment needs to be touched up. 3.The carpet looks filthy, there are no wet wipes, tissues are always out of stock, and they don't last until the eod. 4.The parking floor is filthy and needs to be cleaned right away. I hope the management team will take all these things in consideration. Need to follow up with the management team several times for each issue to get resolve.

I am so happy to be moved out from Parc Rosslyn. Unfortunately, this was a bad experience for my family and we all very much looked forward to the day we moved out. Giving one star is generous. We had issues for months with no hot water. Showers would go cold almost instantly even though the apartment has tankless heaters and should not have that problem. During one attempt to fix this problem, the maintenance man broke the seal behind the master shower and the apartment had water flooding through the bathroom, a closet and entryway while we were out for the day. As a result many of the tiles cracked and broke. The fix for this was taping cardboard to the tile for 6 months while we lived there. We also had our own car towed. The building is “secure” but there is access given to a tow company to come in at any time and tow vehicles. The company does not need a member of staff with them when they enter the parking garage. The only thing they look for is a plastic tag in the front window. Our tag had fallen unbeknownst to us and was on the driver side of the car. Yes, it was in the car and we had no idea it had fallen. Even though we had provided our vehicle make, license plate number and all of our contact information, this was not used to determine if our car was parked legally or not. I was never given a satisfactory response to why the apartment collects this information if it is not used to verify if a car should or should not be there prior to towing. I called to have my filter changed when it looked like the picture below. The building clearly lacks proper maintenance care. Mail was left out unsecured as were packages. Our mailbox was open several times when we went to check mail. While it is a nonsmoking building, there were also issues with smokers in the building and also the smell of weed. This smell wafted into our apartment and it was quite disgusting. The way this was dealt with was by putting flyers up reminding residents it is a nonsmoking building. There are 3 elevators and you cannot use the stairs to go up to your floor as all the doors are locked. You can only use the stairs to exit the building. Often, one elevator was out of order. If someone was moving in and an elevator was reserved you could wait quite some time. I hope that these issues are addressed and others don’t have to go through the experiences that my family did.
Had a tour of the place scheduled and the leasing office just automatically assumed I couldn’t afford to live here and brushed me off. Older Asian women clearly fine with housing discrimination for young black women.
