You hang your permit in the windshield. You still get a ticket. Customer service doesn't seem to know what's what or they have really nasty attitude. Its not just here. Since the pandemic, it's hard to find good help that wants to work
They have by far the worst customer service. I pay so much annually to park my car at the Red Bank station. They refuse to answer any questions and when they do, it is one word answers. They are not clear and friendly at all. Wish there were other parking options because I HATE giving them my money
I use the commuter lot for NJ Transit and so I pay quarterly to park in the lot. Because Park America does not accept credit cards I have to mail a check to them every three months. This is the only place I have to write a check for anymore. Yet if you pay for daily parking you can pay with credit card?!? Come on Park America- it's 18 years into the 21st Century, stop relying on 19th Century technology to service your customers and take credit cards already. It would simplify the process, especially for your repeat monthly clients.
