Solid place to live if you love downtown! Super convenient how close it is. Office does a good job of answering requests, the apartment gets cleaned regularly. Elevator is super slow but multiple entry ways to take stairs so it evens out... propane grills are an excellent amenity!
I have been here since July 2021 and it has been an amazing experience from the start! I moved from out of state and the ladies in the office were nothing short of helpful through the whole process. The location is top tier - right behind Container Park and in true walking distance of all things Fremont. This is THE hidden gem of the area, I highly recommend!
They offered a gift card for a good review. Not a bad looking apartment for what you pay and you can do a lot with the space. Issues with new residents and possibly homeless leaving trash and beer cans around. Expect to have no privacy because the residents here love nothing more than stalking your every move and prying into your life. Creepy area.
Downtown's hidden gem! I love living here! For the amount of people who live here, it is extremely quiet, extremely friendly staff and community, and reasonably priced. It's really not aimed at the people who can't handle an urban lifestyle--it's still downtown Las Vegas lol we just make the most of it in our little community.
Great price and friendly staff. Wheelchair accessible elevator and a pool side cabana included. The grills work great and maintenance is always prompt with repair requests couldn’t ask for a better deal downtown.
I’ve lived here for almost a year now, the staff is very friendly, the apartment is nice and updated. Maintenance is always timely and friendly. The pool is sparkling clean, and for the price in this location you can’t beat it.
Very peaceful and clean. Everything works and the staff is attentive. Great location if you like to have fun and close to the Strip.
My apartment was infested with bed bugs in 2021 from the next door neighbor. After months of unsuccessful treatments Corporate refused to let me leave without taking my security deposit. I had to throw away all of my belongings and move in the middle of winter. My life took over a year to return to normal from this apartment situation.
I have lived here for 5 months, and highly recommend Park Avenue Apartments. It’s peaceful and downtown, so you’re close to all the action. I was pleased with how nice the units are, both inside and out. The best feature is the friendly and professional office staff, and really well maintained apartments. Oh, and the pool area is great too. Overall, a very nice place to stay.
I've been living here now for over 6 months and I'm so glad I stumbled upon this place. I don't know of a better place downtown to live. There are over a hundred residents here, yet it's perfectly quiet. The amenities pool, courtyard, lights, BBQ are awesome and in direct view of my third story apartment. It's just me and two cats, so the tiny space is perfect. Reasonably priced, most utilities included, brand new appliances.. it's literally everything I need. There are people as young as 18 here, as well as senior citizens. Plus, the best perk, I can walk to Fremont within minutes and feel safe. The food nearby is great. And to top it off, we have the best leasing agents and office staff. Alexis and Sara are so awesome and hands on. They know everyone. I can communicate with them whenever an issue arises. I feel like they actually care which is amazing and something I'm not used to. Not a place to be overlooked!
