We booked Park Avenue Limo for shuttle service to and from our wedding for guests. They were incredible. Our driver was incredibly professional, picked us up exactly on time. Then, he proved how good he was and navigated an extremely difficult pickup situation our center city hotel did not have a carport with grace and ease four times over. We had a crowded bus back after the event and he drove very carefully and smoothly the entire time. It was a great experience.
I have been dealing with Park Avenue Limousine for over 10 years. They are an incredible reputable company. I have had many many different drivers and they all have been extremely professional. Alan was always awesome. Now that Chelsea and Brianna have taken over, they haven’t missed a beat. I know I can always count on them for any transportation needs not only locally but also when I travel. They are a one stop transportation company that you can always depend on no matter where you are in the country. All you have to do is reach out and they make it happen. The best limo/transportation service around. I have been using Park ave for almost a decade. The vehicles are always impeccable and the drivers are beyond considerate of your needs and wishes. I can not recommend them enough. From trips to the airport, concerts, dinners in the city or day trips to New York, they do it all. Not to mention the shore shuttle that is so convenient. They’ve adapted through the pandemic and have always kept not only me but the employees safe. If you’re lucky you’ll have Chelsea answer the phone to answer any question you may have. I have traveled using Park Ave multiple times and have never been disappointed! All of the drivers show up in a timely manner and clearly communicate to get you to your destination without any issues. Always reliable and safe unlike some of my experiences with Uber. Also the office is very accommodating if times/dates need to be changed. I recommend to all my Philly/greater Philadelphia people!!
We had a great experience with Park Avenue Limousine for our June 2022 wedding. Ahead of time, they were responsive to our many minor timing tweaks, including a change in venue of where we got ready. They arrived promptly and helped the day run smoothly. Their drivers were professional and the cars were in great shape. Highly recommend booking with them.
I used Park Ave for my birthday weekend and had a fantastic experience. I actually had an different limousine company booked and they canceled on me last minute, which is when I found Park Ave and thank god I did!. They literally saved my birthday weekend. Not only were they super accommodating, but their bus was extremely nice and their entire staff is super professional. Highly recommend
A cautionary tale: After originally reaching out to Park Avenue Limousine based on a friend's referral in January 2022 for an October 2023 event, I received quotes for pricing, which I must add never noted prices are subject to change. After doing lots of other planning, I circled back in the thread in early January 2023 and continued conversing with Chelsea, one of the owners. For the last few weeks, I was emailing with her weighing my best transportation options vs. the prices for the times that I needed on my wedding day. Again, never in this time, even after picking the conversation up a year later and referencing the originally quoted pricing in our correspondence, I was never told that prices are subject to change or that year over year there would be a price increase. Finally, I confirmed which vehicles I wanted to book, reiterating the discussed pricing & then Chelsea provided a credit card authorization form & noted that once filled out, that I'd be receiving email confirmations. How would you feel if after providing credit card & personal billing details, the company noted just before sending those confirmation emails that prices had gone up a significant amount per vehicle? I let the company know that this was incredibly disappointing and was leaving a sour taste in my mouth and after some back-and-forth with the very defensive Chelsea, she ultimately never gave me a reason for the increased pricing and just said that nothing is confirmed until they run the credit card. After I noted that essentially since they already had me on the hook, it felt like they were taking advantage of me by up-charging me in the final hour, they denied me service. I also found it strange that the non-refundable deposit is for the hourly minimum required per vehicle AKA you're charged in full at the time of booking. I would not recommend due to the shady business practices and really unclear and unrefined customer relations.
We have been using Park Avenue Limousine for over 20 years here at The Michaels Organization for various business functions. I have also used them personally. They are a top notch company with the best service! They're drivers are professional, knowledgeable, and courteous!

Had a wonderful experience working with Park Avenue limousine!!! They were prompt with the arrival and departure times, the driver was friendly and professional to everyone, and the shuttle buses were extremely clean and modern looking!!
