Really enjoyed living here over the past year! I rented sight unseen since I was moving from out of state but they were very helpful the whole time. It's not a big deal but I expected some type of welcome basket or even a roll of toilet paper when I moved in since it's advertised as a "boutique" apartment. My biggest complaint would be the lack of insulation that was used during building. You can hear conversations or the TV from your neighbors unit very clearly and the people above me would always wake me up in the middle of the night with their stomping around. Aside from that, I LOVED the gym, although it needed to be cleaned more often than it was. To have a Peloton and free standing squat rack was a dream. I felt safe with the gated parking and having a unit that faced the pool. Management responded quickly to complaints and service requests. The units are well kept and have updated appliances. It's close to a lot of things but I'd recommend getting a bike as things within a short walking distance <5-10 min are a bit limited. I wish they would have done more community events to meet more people since I rarely ever saw or talked to anyone in the complex. For the price, amenities, and proximity to downtown, I would definitely rent again if I moved back to the city, I just recommend getting a top floor or end unit if you can to limit the noise of your neighbors.
This is a wonderful apartment place run by an amazing community. I have been living here for 2 years now, and I did not run into any issues with my apartment. Everything is clean, renovated, and ready for you to move in at ease. Communication with the working staff here is excellent, they are very helpful and kind. The location is also very convenient to major places in Savannah. Overall, the community here is great and helpful. They have incredible services and prioritize their residents with much care and support. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to have a nice relaxing place to live in.
I moved into the Park and Broad Apartments in the beginning of August, and I’ve love it here. The amenities are great. The pool & gym are both very clean and kept up very well. My move in process was so easy & smooth going because of Taylor and James. Taylor in the leasing office is super helpful. The apartment complex itself, is very clean and nice. Not too far from downtown, which is convenient since I’m at senior at SCAD and need to be close to the scad buildings. I also love the apartments themselves. They are newer & more modern then other places you’d find in Savannah. It’s definitely worth the price!!! I love it here.
I recently moved in to a one bedroom at Park and Broad and I absolutely love living here! It is super close to the downtown area and Forsyth Park as well as SCAD classroom buildings. This is a perfect and super safe place for students who wish to live off campus. The Property Manager, Taylor, is amazing and super quick to respond to any inquiries or issues we might have and the maintenance person, James, is the sweetest human being and is always on top of any maintenance issues. Would highly recommend living here if you are looking for a wonderful, small and safe place to live!
After seeing a lot of places around Savannah while I was apartment hunting with my roommate, we immediately felt this was the right place when we came for a tour. I have to say that the staff is amazing. Taylor made our leasing process incredibly fast even in times of COVID and after that she gets to us very fast when we need anything. James always takes care immediately if there's anything that needs to be fixed. Not to mention that everything here is always very clean and very well taken care of! I'm more than happy to call Park&Broad my home :
We moved into Park & Broad a month ago and have been enjoying our time here so far. We have two large dogs who also feel right at home. Taylor was especially helpful during the leasing process and has continued to be responsive if we ever need anything. James is also super friendly and responds to service requests quickly. Small community in a great location. We can walk or ride our bikes to pretty much anywhere downtown!
I do not usually review places but, I did not have a positive experience here. The rent was way too overpriced with many hidden fees. The staff was not helpful during my time living there. I thought the apartment complex would have a friendly community atmosphere, but I barely ever saw anyone around. The pool area was much smaller than in the photos. The apartments were nice, but not worth the price. I would honestly never recommend living here.
The staff are wonderful, very friendly, and helpful. All of the apartments look new and feel clean, and the overall feel of the place is just pleasant. Of course, location is ideal for getting around with everything being within a close distance. If there are any downsides, it is that every morning you will hear a train pass... But I'm personally a deep sleeper, so it doesn't bother me. For you light sleepers out there, I thought it would be important to mention.
I've been living here for only a week but since I walked in, it immediately felt like home. Beautiful apartment, great amenities, amazing location, and nice staff. I had to search for apartments online due to COVID-19 and Taylor was an amazing help walking me through the process of everything despite that I was in another country Looking forward to living here..
If you want an awesome place to stay near downtown look no further! The Management is awesome, maintenance is fantastic! It's also a great community of hard working progressive tenets. Definitely happy with my decision to live at Park and Broad, Savannah!
