I had the pleasure of ordering my F-250 from Planet Ford a few months ago, and the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I initiated the process, they ensured that I received precisely what I needed. When the day arrived for me to take delivery of my eagerly awaited truck, the dealership went above and beyond to make it a memorable event.  The first thing that struck me was the dealership’s interior—it was pristine and inviting. Moreover, every member of their team was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home.  During the trade-in appraisal, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a very fair value for my vehicle. The finance office efficiently handled the paperwork, streamlining the process for me. I bought my car here, this is the third time I’m purchasing a car, the service here is just excellent ! I have to mention my body Eddie here! I really appreciate his help! No matter it is during the entire way of in buying the car or the one time I needed to replace a part on my car. He is always there and helped me throughout the process! Leaving Easter service I was involved in a hit and run. Almost didn’t go through insurance but decided to and settled on planet ford to do my repair over various chain body shops around Dallas. Man am I happy I did. I worked with Aaron throughout the entire process and he did a killer job. He communicated with me throughout the repair and was very clear with what he was doing and how long we thought it might take.  He helped me where he could and just made this tough process enjoyable. He is the definition of going above and beyond in terms of service. Also just a real nice down to earth guy. Now a days it’s tough to find a good body shop but I would suggest giving Planet Ford a try and asking for Aaron.

No BS. They all were straight to the point and worked with me to make a deal I was comfortable with. The finance manager was also very professional and implicit. He explained the documents and each alternative plan. This not only helped me to make the right decision, but made it more obvious this was the right place to purchase my next vehicle. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had! When I first arrived, I was greeted by everyone and asked if I wanted water major plus! It was so hot! Darnell was my salesman and off the back we clicked! He asked me what I wanted and he made sure he explained the difference models and accessories. I called 3 dealerships to test drive the Mach-E and no one else had it available!  I also wanted to trade in my Honda, but unfortunately I couldn’t sue to Honda lease buy back rule. But i was determined to get my dream car! They walked me through the process and I was able to sell my lease and get into my new baby!  He gave me the red carpet experience and even bought me a new red bow! I will forever remember this! Great job team!

I attempted to avoid going to the dealership for repairs, but I had several recalls that required attention, along with alignment and cruise control issues. This entire process dragged on for three weeks, and when I was finally instructed to pick up my car, it was still not ready. I ended up waiting an additional two hours after the scheduled pickup time.  To my disappointment, they outsourced the alignment work to an independent shop and charged me an extra $75 to inspect the suspension, which was necessary for the alignment. Throughout the process, there was constant back-and-forth, with claims that engineers and multiple experts needed to assess the car. As it turns out, this was all misleading. They actually sent my car elsewhere for the alignment, completely neglecting the recall issue, which was my primary reason for being there.  According to the service bulletin, the dealership was supposed to address the recalls, so I assumed that the three-week wait was due to their focus on these safety concerns. However, they never even looked at the recalls and instead charged me for various other services. This raised serious concerns about their practices, especially when they asked customers to pay for recall issues.  After waiting for two hours to retrieve my car, I inquired about the recall, and they suggested leaving the car for further recall attention. This was perplexing, as I had already left the car with them for three weeks, during which engineers supposedly assessed it, yet the primary concern remained unaddressed. In the end, I came in for a recall issue and ended up spending $400 on unnecessary services.

Eric Renteria made a stressful situation so much more pleasant. He spoke with Geico regarding my rental and all additional work needed on my car. He communicated effectively and often always keeping me up to date on the status of the repairs.  I hope I don't need work done on my vehicle soon but if I do I know that he will take care of it and make sure the body shop does impeccable work.!

Stopped at Planet Ford as we travelled the country for 3+ months in 2023.  Needed a last oil change and system check as we headed home. During our journey we went to three Ford dealers and Planet Ford was by far the best.  The best customer service, the best people, and treated us like a member of the Ford family even though we did not purchase from them.  Conversely, a Ford shop in Rapid City which worked on the car on a Friday refused to help us when we broke down 4 days later.  Rapid City wouldn't even offer advice; just refused to accept an appointments made through the Ford App. Thank you Planet Ford for restoring our faith in Ford!

Car buying is one of my least favorite things to do. Joe D’Angelo at Planet Ford made this process far more bearable. Joe was friendly, efficient and easy to work with. He didn’t give us the run around, and was very quick to answer questions. Joe made sure we got what we needed for our trades, and made the process go as smoothly as possible. We bought two vehicles from him in one week, and I highly recommend you seek out Joe for your next vehicle purchase.
