While at my semi annual hygienist, Lisa & dental appointment with Dr. Ann Thiele Burt, they highly recommended I seek attention for a gum infection at Mayo where I had my implants a few years ago. I was able to get in the following day and will be having surgery within the month to attend to the issue. I appreciate their advice and was told at Mayo it was a good thing I came in early.

I really wanted to like this place. Unfortunately, too much has happened. Some of the front desk staff lack empathy, are incompetent, and defensive. Notes are not properly taken leading to confusion about what will actually be charged. I recommend you record your conversation with the receptionists for this reason. I thought I could trust the dentist but he was misleading as well about being charged for an office visit when I was told they would only examine areas of pain where I had work done there two months prior. Apparently in small print on their small screen they gave me to sign about the payment for my X-ray, it indicated that they can decide if seeing me would count as an office visit. They were misleading and truly don't care about their customers.  Additionally, I was sent a bill twice as large as my quote for a past procedure once which led to a panic attack and I was told they submitted it incorrectly. I also felt scolded when I didn’t remember how many shots of novocaine I needed to be fully numb. Why can’t that information be in my notes in my chart?? I hope I have a better experience somewhere else in the future. I will not be going back. A shame.

I was visiting from out of town when I had severe pain from my tooth. Everyone at the clinic was very helpful.  The person at the front desk was pleasant. The assistant was friendly and caring.  The dentist was gentle and caring.  She explained everything and relieved my pain. I would highly recommend this clinic

A terrible experience. My wife was told that she was going to see Dr. Thoelle and got another dentist. This new dentist was supposed to extract 4 teeth and numbed her for the 4 teeth yet only took out 1 well he didn't really take it out, as it was practically falling out. Then at the last minute.. He seemed very nervous about her extractions and chickened out  after numbing for 4 teeth very dangerous and concerningthen only her to say that he didn't feel comfortable completing the job. He did another Xray so he knew what he was getting into. I really feel this was a wasted appointment for her. She still has the 3 other bad teeth, including one with a cavity in her mouth. Very unsettling and the sad part is she was recommended to this practice by one of her doctors. After taking her through all of this he says she needs an oral surgeon. Why did he attempt this procedure that he lacked the confidence in doing. Very Annoyed!

My hygienist, Stacy, is the BEST! She is friendly, compassionate, very skilled, and QUICK. My cleanings go smoothly and are over in no time at all, leaving my mouth feeling great. I’ve been going to Park Dental Edina for years and have always gotten excellent care from everyone there. Highly recommend!

I’ve been here 4 times, once the hygienist forgot to finish her work and sent me home then called to apologize but wouldn’t reschedule, service is less than average and my partner’s experience has been much the same. Avoid. Money hungry folks here who don’t care for your dental health, and just want more $$$

Front desk is good at returning same day calls, and scheduled me for a asap dental services. Dr Burt is Professional and experienced....HUGE credit Lisa and the Dental Hygentist / Team!

I’ve been going here a couple years. My hygienist and dentist have been great. However scheduled an appointment online specific to this location 3 months ago. Received an email confirmation: “Smile, you're all set! Thank you for scheduling with Park Dental.  We have reserved your appointment and look forward to seeing your smile soon.”  When arrived for my scheduled appointment they didn’t have me on their schedule and the next viable option was a month later.

Trust the negative comments! Dont come to this location. I have been to a couple different park dental location and this one by far is the worst! They will miss quote and lie that they sent you bills but you'll never receive it. Appointment schedule for a painful tooth is 3 months out.
