Park Duvalle Community Health Center's Main Site and Satellite Locations are designated as federally qualified health centers. Staff are deemed under FTCA.
Services provided by Park DuValle Community Health Center’s health care providers include: adult and pediatric medical care, behavioral health care, family planning, perinatal and prenatal care; and preventive and primary dental care. Our core services are augmented by laboratory, x-ray and pharmacy services; WIC nutritional supplements and counseling, social services/case management, eligibility assistance and transportation. In addition to daytime hours during the week, the main site has Tuesday evening and Saturday hours for laboratory and pharmacy, adult medicine and pediatrics. The Park DuValle at Spencer County satellite, also, has Tuesday evening hours.
