Park Florist

I ordered the Bouquet with the purple tulips, coral roses, orange and red gerbera daisies. What was received was this hideous mess or lavender roses, lavender regular daisies, a yellow carnation and whatever these other ugly yellow flowers are. I paid $97.82 for this monstrosity. I am mortified that my dear friend received this hideous bouquet. Tried to call the florist at 5:20 p.m. and the recording says they will be right with you. Then I saw that they close at 5 pm so could have stayed on hold all night!

Have used this florist twice. First time was not happy but did not lodge a complaint, decided maybe it was an off day. Tried it the second time. I selected an FTD arrangement with a specific look and feel. Asked for it to be delivered on a specific day as the card referenced the day it was to be delivered. Arrangement delivered a day early and it the substituted flowers did not have look and feel of what I ordered. Vowed to never use them again. Kept getting emails from them wanting my feed back. Well I gave it to them along with pictures of what I selected and what was delivered. Never heard another peep out of them. Not even an apology but all the emails stopped, not even any advertisement emails. Next time I chose another florist in the area and couldn't be happier. I called Park and asked to speak to the owner or manager, they were not in, left my number. If they called back they did not leave a message that they were returning my phone call. Will NEVER use this florist again and have warned my connections in that area to stay clear of this florist. I guess maybe they thought since I am across the country from them that what they did was not going to have any repercussions. I don't like giving anyone a negative rating but their actions, or lack there of have prompted this. Not a good way to do business.

I have ordered online through, from you flowers several times, which contracts Park Florist. I paid $127.78 for an arrangement with 2 milar balloons.. in addition I paid an additional fee to have that delivered on that day. Not only was the order not delivered that day, the balloons were not on the order. The arrangement on the order wasn't as advertised and I paid extra to have the order larger.. I appreciate from you flowers providing me a discount, however confidence that any future orders will be correct and on time are extremely low.

I got these flowers for my mom for mothers day, I looked at all the online sites and couldn't find any place who could deliver on time and wasnt gonna break the bank. So I decided which I should've done in the first place to shop local, and man I was not disappointed!!! Before I even got up that morning my mom already had her delivery and was calling me with happy surprised tears. The flowers are so beautiful. I will definitely be ordering from park florist again.

I called yesterday to order some Mother’s Day flowers and spoke to Danny. The flowers were delivered today to our mom and she said they were so beautiful she had to stop crying to call us and thank us. We live in Oregon so ordering flowers sight unseen is super hard so I want to say a big giant thank you Danny your the best! Have a happy day stay safe and healthy!

I ordered two of the same blushing bloom arrangements for my engagement dinner and they were beautiful! The day of delivery though, I did receive a call saying they needed to replace some of the flowers in the arrangement, while I was at work, and I had to call them back to confirm in time to make sure they were delivered before my dinner. This was a little worrisome and inconvenient for me, but the arrangements were still beautiful and delivered on time. Thank you!

Called in the night before Mother's Day, a gentleman answered promptly and assured a beautiful arrangement would be delivered between 10 and 1, just in time. Everything was fast and nice, really appreciated them as I now live in DC and still like to support my home town businesses! Thanks guys Edit: flowers came right on time, a good price, and a beautiful arrangement as assured!

Ordered flowers in the morning for friends birthday. Called two times to check on Flowers which were never delivered. Last call was at 5:15pm and guy reassured me that They closed but flower delivery man worked Later. I’m cancelling this order through Visa card and am left wondering if This really is a Flowershop because there’s no way They could be in business treating customers like this. Save yourself aggravation and Disappointment......find a real Florist.

Called to order flowers for my mother for Mother's Day. They took care of everything quick and easy at a fair price. Very pleased with the friendly service.

Terrible place they put up a smoke screen and make it seem like there service is to good to be true then they dont follow through it. Got screwed over by 1800 flowers so thought I would order through them. Order for delivery same day they said no problem. It's now 1030pm now anniversary flowers... Bunch or snake oil salesman if you ask me
