Thank you for a nice evening of upscale dining. The Pork Chop was good but a touch under seasoned. The Maryland Crab Cake appetizer was excellent with a slightly smoky edge. The wait staff was considerate and conscientious.Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: YesTakeout: YesDelivery: YesCurbside pickup: Yes
The restaurant was busy but we had a reservation and still had to wait 20 minutes before we were seated. I asked if they had a vegan/vegetarian option because there was not one on the menu. The waitress said they would make me one. I saw a plate with french fries that looked good so I asked for them to be added to my meal. I eat out quite often and this was by far the most comical vegetable plate I have received, a small portion of asparagus and a large portion of soggy, cold fries. The worst part of the dining experience was what they charged for my fries and asparagus: $18.00! I will say the restaurant is beautifully decorated and our drinks were great.
Great views. The best food. Delicious. No room for dessert. Recommend.
Pleasant staff. Food was tasty. Shrimp/ crab toast a bit rubbery. Calm atmosphere & music.
Having worked in more than one restaurant from very upscale to diner, I can say this much about Park Heights. They have NO EXCUSE for having a moral objection to seasoning. Yet, somehow, they do. My steak had no seasoning in it at all. My vegetables were bland. My wife's food was much the same. It was all just flavorless. Being a fine dining restaurant doesn't mean things like salt, pepper, garlic, paprika, etc. are beneath you. This place needs to get that message. This was terrible.
On a road trip to Arkansas from Florida and Tupelo MS became our stopping point. We wanted a nice dinner from road trip food all day. Park Heights is AMAZING!!! Totally unbelievable. I’m business for 20 years, new decor. Menu was exciting and delicious. Our server Lacey was awesome! Attentive, knowledgeable and very hospitable. Blair the owner is super sweet and kind, she also recommended the Paella which was killer. Super excited to return. If you have not been do yourself a favor and get there.
Went for the first time for our 23rd anniversary. We were a bit disappointed to find that the menu shown online was not available, even with the website stating the menu is subject to change. According to our waitress it changes about once a month but updating would be nice or having a section for rotating items. Also the drink menus we were giving had things that were not available. The food: we ordered shrimp and crab toast, wedge salad, fried oyster salad, halibut and steak frites. I was concerned about timing when the salads came out and we were told the app was on its way out. We had plenty of time to eat our app and salads before the entrees. My husband enjoyed the shrimp toast, I was indifferent. The salads, especially the oyster, were very good. Unfortunately, the steak was flavorless without the steak sauce, though well cooked I prefer the taste of beef not sauce and the halibut was flavorless and dry. As long as I dunked the steak in sauce and my husband slathered the chorizo cream on his halibut it was okay. Very disappointed for the hype and the price. On a bright note, the service was very good. Google lists Park Heights as fine dining, which it is not.
Jose was a phenomenal waiter. The food was wonderful. i ordered the filet and my husband had the NY strip. Both cooked perfectly with delicious vegetables and potatoes. We are visiting and will definitely return. Thank you!
World Class service, excellent food and drinks, & ambiance! Shout out to our server ChelseaRecommended dishesCharcuterie Board
I, my husband, and our daughter came for dinner and ordered the halibut, steak frites, and salmon respectively after a rather stingy $22 smoked salmon appetizer. The overarching theme of all the meals was "severely underseasoned." The steak frites was cold and cut with the grain, causing the meat to be stringy. Our server was very nice and personable, but at over $30 a plate in an almost empty dining room, I'd expect for the water glasses to stay full. Final bill was over $150, a costly mistake indeed. We left unsatisfied and went to Steak 'n Shake, where at least we'll be able to taste the food. UPDATE: Steak 'n Shake was amazing, highly recommend!
