5 stars to the very talented Danny for being very sweet, understanding my requests, being very professional and giving me such a great hair cut. Loved the finish of the blow dry. The lady who shampooed and conditioned my hair was very good at her work. Danny advised me on getting the bangs at the right length that works. I took a chance to come here for the 1st time after reading the good & bad reviews and glad I did. Will definitely return because of the excellent hair styling work and also due to their friendly professionalism. Wish I listened to the other reviews, but didn’t have much choice since it was last min. Overall, not a great place to visit.. Price is currently $33, but they have this old fashioned way of giving you a discount to $30 if paid in cash. I don’t feel comfortable with this. As another person stated, the gowns and just overall shop seem pretty disorganized & disoriented. It seems like they never truly deep clean or organize. Vibe sucks in this place. The person washing the hair doesn’t really wash the hair, but just rinses the shampoo on you - it felt like she didn’t want to put in the extra effort. Also Anna left a spot in my head where hair was sticking out, so I had to correct her… I normally never realize anything like this. Too many red flags here. The owner - Anna still wears a mask in the summer of Texas when covid is not a concern anymore and it’s been proven that masks did not work. It’s middle of 2023… First time seeing someone wearing a mask for past 6months… Cannot hear what she is saying since she is wearing a mask especially when she speaks quietly…she mumbles a lot of stuff and I speak fluent Korean…
I’ve got my hair a bunch here & i think it’ll be my last time here. I asked them to cut my bangs to around my eye and they cut around the eyebrows. My cuts always turn out to be un even and really bad. I’ve cried sm times cause of how choppy & uneven my haircuts have been. They always find a way to mess up my hair and I hate it so much. I miss my old hair. I’ve really tried to like it but they always turn out so bad. There really nice really, but they don’t know what there customers are asking for there haircut and just mess it up.
I love this place! The haircut options are great, customer service is great! Both my wife and my daughter love it! What really separates them is the ability to fit you into a busy schedule. Highly recommend this place! Love it!
Anna is amazing at her craft. She was very caring and helpful when dealing with my hair donation cut. She did such a great job with my cut that I continue to get compliments on it .Services: Haircut
I've been looking for a stylist in Dallas. I decided to try Park Jun. I knew I wanted a natural perm that gave my flat Asian hair volume. I saw that Kim's perms were well reviewed. I made an appt with Kim . She is very sweet and suggested different styles for me. I went with her suggestion and I love my hair! I will definitely be going back to see her.
I wish I could give zero stars. I made an appointment with Anna for 10 am. She had me waiting til 10:50 am. As Anna was cutting my hair, a customer walked in with no appointment. The customer asked how long she needed to wait for a regular haircut, Anna replied 20-30 minutes. The customer then said that she also wanted to get a perm. Anna dropped everything and asked me if I could go wash my hair in the middle of a hair cut and wait so that she can take this customer before any of her colleagues get a chance. I told Anna no, because I already waited so long and that's not fair. Anna got upset with me, and started mumbling that perms are expensive and that she rather deal with customers that get perms, AND THEN she started chopping off my hair! Instead of long layers and a face frame, I ended up with a mullet. I will NEVER come back.
I really regret coming here for the 2nd time. I was so disappointed. There is one stylist that my sister and I often do. He is no longer here. Most of the stylists were new. I was getting my hair color done and a little bit of trim. I cannot believe how much it cost me, which was $480. For a second, I thought are they lying??? I regret it so much not asking them how much it would cost that way, and I can avoid them before doing it. The hair coloring wasn’t even good; I showed them a picture, and yet the way the hairstylist colored my hair wasn’t even matched, meaning my hairline. I regret it so so much coming here with full of expectations. My hair color ends up yellow even after I use blue shampoo! Last but not least, I will never come again, although I appreciate your service. No longer professional for me…Services: Haircut
Everyone at the salon was so kind from start to finish. I was nervous about it being overpriced based on previous reviews but they were very reasonable and detailed! Mindy did my hair today! Color and cut. She was super friendly and the owner and staff were also very kind and accommodating. I will definitely be coming back!
