I called Park N Fly before I made a reservation to ask a few questions before purchasing, and they were extremely helpful! I was able to talk to a lady and asked her if I could park my motorcycle there, and she was, like, of course! I came in the next morning and she recognized me, I guess because of the motorcycle, gave me a big smile and helped me find a great place to park near the front. I really felt taken care of by park and fly and I have already recommended this to my friends if they need to park while they are flying. Thank you to Allison I think that was her name for making me feel welcome and at ease for my parking situation as I was flying to a funeral in another state.

Everyone who we delt with were SO nice and accommodating! We had the same driver drop us off at the airport and pick us up as well. He was extremely nice, both times and helped us with our bags in and out of the bus. My wife has trouble walking with a cane and he helped her board each time. When we were leaving the lot, somehow I lost our physical QR code pass. The gate attendant was able to find our pass in the system to let us out! This was our first park n' fly experience and we'll definitely continue to use it here on out!

I've used Park 'N Fly multiple times now for my trips to Midway airport. Their prices remain very reasonable still cheaper than parking directly at the airport or even paying a ride service to take you to the airport. Their customer service is wonderful, getting in and our is super easy, and the bus drivers are always great! They even get your luggage on and off the bus for you : Makes traveling much easier!

Parked here and ride shared to Union Station.  The van driver was good in explaining the whole ride share process, the gate lady also explained it.  Upon my return the gate lady allowed the ride share driver to enter the facility and drive me to my car to unload the bags.  Also the app was very easy to use, it scanned easily and the included map was on point.

We have used Park N Fly for several years: our first choice is to fly Southwest.  The drop off at Midway is fast and easy.  Park N Fly allows prepayment which makes the parking and exit procedure very easy.  Attendants are courteous and there are frequent airport shuttles that are at your parking spot in a minute or two. Thanks for great service!!!

Trip to Seattle was a smooth one w/ the help of Park N Fly of Chicago /Midway.    Reasonable pricing for long term parking, excellent service and wonderful staff!

So easy to make a reservation, there is always a shuttle right there to pick you up and drops you off at departures! They’re so quick to pick you up after getting bags and then drops you right at your car. It’s so nice and easy! I also LOVE the loyalty program. I wish I could use my loyalty days at other airports though.

I feel safe and confident that I will get to and from the airport on time no matter how early or late my flight is. I usually travel with my young granddaughter so safety is very important to me.  On my most recent trip my low tire light came on in my car on my way to the airport. I was traveling alone and flew back light night. I mentioned my low tire to the bus driver and he offered to air it up for me prior to leaving the lot. I really appreciated his kindness. I highly recommend Park 'N Fly Chicago Midway!

Parking reservation completed and gate personnel was very friendly gave clear parking instruction and shuttle availability and wished us a safe flight.  A great start to our family vacation!! The shuttle driver arrived nine later and accommodated us with luggage assistance and reminded us if we had are keys, tickets & cellphones.  Great service!!!

The service was so incredible!  Easy location right off the highway,  secure parking with choice of indoor or outdoor parking,  polite,  friendly shuttle drivers drop off,  pickup right at our car.   Easy pickup at airport Midway - Chicago.   Instructions for dropping off car and getting picked up at airport were so clear and easy to follow.   Sooo convenient.   We will definitely use again.
