Great service. Easy to schedule, no wait for pickup to and from the airport. I'll not bother my friends again for a ride. Good prices and was even given a complimentary bottle of water when we checked out. We will definitely be calling them to schedule parking for all our trips out of Orlando.
Yes yes yes highly recommend. They make life simple pick up and drop you right at your vehicle that you park yourself. Usually waiting on you not having to wait on them. Have used them multiple times very organized safe and efficient. Thank you to your staff and job well done
This is a great place to park. I was traveling with my elderly uncle and he needs a walker, but the drivers were all very helpful to get him on and of board. Price is good too, or it seems at $8 a day, but when we left I was charged $20 instead of the $9 that was left to pay according to my reservation. I already paid $15 online, so being charged an extra $20 instead of $9 was an unpleasant surprise, especially when you’re tired from the flight and just want to go home.. not sure if we’ll return, I don’t like these actions
This was my first time using this lot and I had a wonderful experience. The attendants and the drivers are very courteous and helpful. There was no hunting for my car when we returned to Orlando, they drove me right to it, which was very welcomed after the long flight delay. The shuttles are clean, safe, and comfortable. Highly recommend! Will be using them exclusively from now on.
I’ve used this lot 10 times this year, every time has been a breeze. There’s always a shuttle waiting when I park, and usually a short wait on the return. Drivers and lot attendants have all been great. Icing on the cake is the cold water bottle they give on the way out. Reserve online for the best price.
After my wonderful vacation I came up to the window and was told I had to pay $9 I asked the lady at the window what was the reason she then proceeded to yell at me and stated that you should know you made the reservation not me I didn’t make the reservation I don’t have to explain nothing to you! Infuriated at the response she had given me after my long exhausting flight I did say some words in which she proceeded to respond don’t talk to me like that I’m not your wife. This is truly unprofessional disrespectful as my wife was right next to me. I told her I would be filing a complaint she mocked me and stated I’m so afraid look how I’m shaking. I proceeded to ask her her name and she yelled I won’t be giving you any name and slammed the window. This is not customer service this is not the response you give your customers I will make sure everyone knows about this incident with the BBB as well because this is definitely not how you treat faithful customers. It was a simple question in which I have every right to question. This lady needs to be fired. Rudeness is not customer friendly I have many family and friends that use this facility for our travels and if this lady continues to work here I will make sure to tell them all to use a different company.
Parking and transport to the airport was easy. Pick up from the airport took 30 minutes. Most of their nearby competitors picked up twice before they arrived. This was our second time using them with the same results. When you call the number for pick up they do not provide accurate pick up info. we won’t be going back. .
Horrible. After being delayed more than 2 hours, we waited and hour and 15 mins for the shuttle to pick us up despite calling 4 times. We were literally the last ones to get picked up. We were told they were ‘very busy’ yet the shuttle that picked us up had not one person on it. When I told the guy how long we had been waiting-not an apology-not an ‘I’m sorry we are busy’ yet I have not one other passenger, literally looked at me as though I were bothering him. Unreal. In a time when travel took such a hit you would think people in the travel business would be working towards good customer service. Several other parking shuttles came and went more than 4 times while we waited. Often stopping and not even picking people up just to make sure no one was waiting for them. Good job everyone except park n go. Absolutely ridiculous! Park somewhere else for a small fortune and save yourself the 2 hours it took them to pick us up and bring us back to the car.
I will always use Park N Go. It is very reasonably priced and the online reservation process is easy. The drivers are always right there to pick you up from your vehicle. My latest trip Jesus was our driver and he was awesome. So pleasant and funny! Check out is quick and always nice to get a bottle of water for on the way home. Definitely use again and have spread the word to friends.
Jesus provided us with amazing service. He was so helpful and kind. Good service and good people are hard to find… He was excellent! He even sang to my crying 6 month old to calm her down as he loaded our luggage into our car. I highly recommend Park N Go… especially with employees like Jesus! Thank you Jesus for all your help!
